good hotel but no sea view rooms Breakfast was good rooms was good

We stayed at the beautiful hotel next door, which would have been so peaceful, if not for the excessively loud noise most days from the Prainha. I love a wedding & am happy to hear people enjoying themselves, but the bassline literally rattled our windows until 10pm. Not necessary and not fair on neighbouring properties.

The food quality was below average. Suggest not to spend money on a room with breakfast as the spread is the same, lacks quality and quantity and service is pathetic. On the first day of the stay, we spent 24 hours without AC and after fighting with the manager we got an upgrade. On the last day for nearly 3 hours there was no water supply and we had to keep requesting for the same. No ample towels or tissues are provided in the bathroom. No proper hangers and a torn ironing board was provided. Even a lady at the reception lacked basic customer service knowledge. Overall disappointed.

We booked room for three people but got two single bed which cldnt accomodate three people even if put together. Had to pay extra for mattress . If room is being provided for 3 people atleast king bed shld be provided.

"Beautiful location with a private beach feel, but that's where it ends. Food was average, rooms had maintenance issues, and pillows were uncomfortable. Not disability-friendly. Overpriced, but typical for Goa. Go for the view, but be prepared for compromises."

Excellent resort. Good location. If you want to enjoy a private beach with a resort, this is the destination. Food is also tasty and the staff is very cooperative.

I had a fabulous stay at Prianha Resort by the Sea with my friends. The team lead by Ms Manjula were very warm and friendly. The rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable. The food was good with a nice breakfast laid out every morning. I highly recommend the resort for a relaxing stay.

We had our niece's wedding and also keep visiting Prainha. Today I was there with my family for lunch. It gave us an awesome experience in the form of services, food and hospitality. Mr Piyush and Mr Tarun did a grt job in helping me to celebrate my daughter's birthday in a memorable way. Must visit place with cool pool & a reach to a beach.

I had gone with my family, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff are polite and extremely hospitable. Rooms are clean and big enough to accommodate us. Food quality is amazing as well. I loved all the dishes! The pièce de résistance is definitely the stunning pool with the beach view!!

There is no comp-lent regarding stay at hotel, property is good, but disappointment with make my trip team. I made two rooms book for stay and ask to postponed one room but no cooperation from make my trip, i continue request to postponed the booking or cancel one booking and refund the amount but no response its ok we as a customers blindly trust on make my trip but now on words i cant use make my trip app and not recommended to any one to use it, even not to say thanks

We had an incredible time that exceeded our expectations. The location, full of lush greenery and breathtaking views, was perfect. The attentive staff made us feel welcome and taken care of.

Beautiful resort. Very cordial staff, very helpful. There was not a single issue we faced. It is right in front of dauna paula beach. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Want to come back for a longer stay.

A beautiful resort..with lovely staff from cleaners through to bar and restaurant staff to management.The rooms are well maintained and professionally,presented .Excellent restaurant overlooking the bay,with first class service.
