Fab hotel for a quiet last minute break. Pool area was brilliant, really comfy sun beds and brilliant cocktails served from the pool bar. We were always able to find a sun bed. The staff were all brilliant, food and drink all seemed reasonable for the local prices. We were in one of the older rooms so it didn’t have the nice blue/ white colour theme shown in the hotel photos, but beds were comfy and there were double balcony doors so there was no issues with noise from the street. It was great to have a fridge in the room. Lovely beach less than 10 mins walk, and easy to jump on the bus to Palma from right outside the hotel (€2 each way). You can also cycle which is lovely too. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. dinner also good, each night had a different theme- some nights were better than others! There was no entertainment in the evenings but bar open until 12. We stayed Monday- Friday and the hotel was busy but pretty chilled, I think it’s more of a party hotel over the weekends.

We were advised from travel agency that this was a nice 5* hotel with a good beach nearby. I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

(เที่ยวบินกลับบ้านตอนกลางคืน & ไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสําหรับอาบน้ําที่เหมาะสมก่อนออกเดินทาง!) ไม่มีพื้นที่นั่งเล่นที่สะดวกสบาย พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก สามารถสั่งเครื่องดื่มและอาหารที่ส่งไปยังบริเวณสระว่ายน้ํา (ซึ่งมีเตียงไม่เพียงพอ แต่เราโชคดีในแง่นั้น) ต้องลงจากสระว่ายน้ําไปยังห้องเพื่อใช้ห้องน้ํา ได้ผ้าเช็ดตัวจากแผนกต้อนรับทิ้งเงินมัดจํา คุณสามารถใช้กาต้มน้ําด้วย แต่ไม่ต้องกังวล การเลือกเครื่องดื่มฟรีในห้องเมื่อเดินทางมาถึง - ต้องจ่ายเพื่อเติมสต็อกรวมถึงน้ํา ไม่ต้องกังวลเพราะร้านค้าเล็ก ๆ ข้าง ๆ ขายน้ําเครื่องดื่มไอศกรีม ตัวเลือกที่ดีสําหรับอาหารเช้า แต่นี่ไม่ใช่โรงแรม 4 ดาว!! & เดินประมาณ 20/25 นาทีไปยังพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง - อาจอยู่ไกลเกินไปสําหรับการพักผ่อนในเมือง ไม่เป็นมิตรกับคนพิการ

มาถึงเร็วไปหน่อยและห้องของเราพร้อมที่จะตรงไปที่นั่น เราทั้งคู่ชอบโรงแรมนี้ เป็นผู้ใหญ่เท่านั้น ไม่มีเสียงร้องไห้และไม่เสียงดังเกินไป เรานอนหลับสบาย พบว่าเตียงนอนดีกว่าบ้านของเราด้วยสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่ทันสมัยและวัสดุธรรมชาติที่ใช้ทั่วทั้งโรงแรม เราชอบชายหาดมีเตียงและร่มเงาอยู่เสมอและทะเลตื้นฉันไปว่ายน้ํา แต่อากาศหนาวมากฉันไม่ได้จัดการทุกวัน คุณเบื่อกับตัวเลือกของร้านกาแฟร้านอาหารและบาร์มีร้านค้ามากมายให้เรียกดูในโรงแรมมีบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมทุกอย่างที่เรากินร้อนปรุงสุกคุณภาพดีและสถานที่ที่น่าสนใจเช่นบาร์บนชั้นดาดฟ้าทําให้ขอบ ยินดีต้อนรับและสะดวกสบายในทุกพื้นที่ นี่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม

ครั้งที่สองที่ฉันไปกับ Iberostar ในสเปน ไม่ใช่คําถามหลังจากครั้งแรกที่ฉันไปกับมันอีกครั้งและสิ่งนี้ดูเหมือนจะดีกว่าปีที่แล้วใน Tenerife พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรห้องพักที่สะดวกสบายสะอาดและกว้างขวางอาหารให้เลือกมากมาย อาหารเช้าดีที่สุดกับ churros ย่างเป็นความคิดที่ดีเสมอในมื้อเย็น ตัวโรงแรมเองไม่แออัด มีห้องพักเพียงพอ คุณจึงไม่รู้สึกท่วมท้นกับโรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ เมื่อมาถึงกระเป๋าเดินทางของเราจะถูกนําออกทันที เช็คอินออนไลน์ได้เนื่องจากเราจองบนเว็บไซต์ของ Iberostar จึงทําเพียงสัมผัสสุดท้ายเท่านั้น และในขณะที่เราต้องรอประมาณ 5 นาที เราก็ได้รับเครื่องดื่มและผลไม้ ห้องของเราเป็นมาตรฐานพร้อมวิวทะเลด้านข้างบนชั้น 4 แต่ก็ยังดูเหมือนว่าเป็นหนึ่งในห้องที่ดีที่สุดและวิวทะเลด้านข้างเป็นเพียงบางส่วน วิวโดยทั่วไปน่าทึ่ง ห่างจากสนามบิน 10 นาที ปาล์มา 15 นาทีโดยรถแท็กซี่ และคุณสามารถวางใจพนักงานที่จะสั่งซื้อให้คุณได้เสมอ หนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุดเมื่ออยู่ในมาลาคอร์ก!

Just returned from 4 nights at the hotel. Modern, looked after Hôtel with friendly helpful staff. Location is perfect with shops, restaurants and super markets within 1 min walk (and beach). €2 bus ride into Palma which run regularly. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food but lots did. Would definitely recommend and will 100% return soon. 🇪🇸 🍷 🍺 ☀️

Ho soggiornato all’hotel Nura Boreal dal 5 al 19 Agosto. Purtroppo la permanenza è stata tutto fuorché rilassante e piacevole. 2 i motivi principali: 1 - La zona è una specie di “Ghetto tedesco”, la gente per via del Mega Park è già ubriaca alle 4 del pomeriggio e barcollante per le vie della strada, vi lascio immaginare in che condizioni possano tornare alle 4/5 del mattino (rumore, chiasso e schiamazzi). Diciamo che per questo l’hotel non ha colpe ma è pur un consiglio che vi do per evitare la zona. 2 - Ciò che mi preme di più sottolineare è la mancanza totale di rispetto del personale delle pulizie che durante OGNI mattina intorno alle 8:30/9:00, incuranti dei clienti che stanno dormendo o che vorrebbero rilassarsi spostano i letti (privi di feltrini) facendo un rumore che sveglierebbe anche un elefante (e io non sono una persona con sonno leggero) andando avanti per mezz’ora/un’ora per tutto il piano, non potendo quindi più dormire in alcun modo (potete capire il mix tra i tedeschi all’alba e le pulizie alle 8:30/9:00 del mattino, fantastico!) Abbiamo fatto presente questa situazione col sorriso nei primi due giorni di vacanza con risposta “ci dispiace, faremo presente al personale” ma per i successivi 10 GIORNI non è mai cambiato nulla, abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di parlare col direttore per trovare una soluzione ma NULLA, il direttore non ha mai voluto parlare con noi nonostante le molteplici richieste e non aveva nessuna intenzione di trovare una soluzione, dimostrando menefreghismo e una totale IRRESPONSABILITA'. Ultimo tentativo è stato scrivergli una lettera di reclamo, ma non crediamo che la prenderà in considerazione, per lo meno noi abbiamo fatto il possibile. Dulcision fundo, il cambio della biancheria aveva sempre qualche problema, una volta il lenzuolo sporco come se fosse stato calpestato, una volta l’asciugamano con le macchie, fatto presente anche questo nei primi giorni e sempre col sorriso, di fatto le signore delle pulizie davano colpa all’hotel, mentre l’hotel dava colpa alla signore delle pulizie, ergo, nulla di fatto, si doveva sperare ogni giorno che le cose fossero pulite come normalità dovrebbe senó costretti a chiedere il cambio. Spendo una nota positiva per Pedro, un receptionist che in questi giorni ha cercato di aiutarci in qualche modo e di venirci incontro offrendoci qualche lattina di Coca/Fanta per scusarsi, ma la totale mancanza d’interesse del direttore nei nostri confronti ha reso vano il suo aiuto, grazie comunque del gesto, sicuramente apprezzabile! :) Purtroppo il cambio di direttore avvenuto negli ultimi mesi ha totalmente declassato questo Hotel, consiglio vivamente di alloggiare da un’altra parte e in un’altra zona dell’isola che merita sicuramente di essere visitata. Nel nostro piccolo abbiamo contribuito facendo una reclamazione a ”consumo (turismo)”.

ฉันไม่สามารถบอกคุณได้ว่าฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มากแค่ไหน เรามาถึงในช่วงเวลาอาหารกลางวันวันพุธที่วุ่นวาย - สุภาพบุรุษที่เช็คอินให้เราน่ารักและเป็นมิตรอย่างสมบูรณ์และใช้เวลาบอกเราทุกสิ่งที่เราต้องการทราบเกี่ยวกับโรงแรม หนึ่งในสองห้องของเราพร้อมเร็วมากซึ่งรู้สึกขอบคุณมากเพราะเราตื่นมาตั้งแต่ 12 โมงเช้าเมื่อคืนก่อนพวกเขายังจัดสรรห้องสองห้องด้วยกันซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมากเมื่อฉันเดินทางกับลูกสาวของฉัน ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้านและเตียงก็สบายมาก คุณยังรับมินิบาร์ฟรีในวันแรกซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก ทุกคนที่เราพบที่โรงแรมน่ารักเป็นมิตรและยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ผู้หญิงที่ทักทายเราตอนอาหารเช้าน่ารักมาก ร้านอาหารเช้าไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่มีทุกสิ่งที่จําเป็นอย่างแน่นอน และอาหารก็สดใหม่ เมื่อเรากลับมาเหนื่อยจากการสํารวจ Palma ผู้คนที่บาร์ที่เราพบในตอนท้ายของวันพวกเขาทําค็อกเทลที่ดีที่สุดและยังแนะนําว่าลูกสาวของฉันควรลอง ฉันจะพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกครั้งในทันที มันอยู่ในทําเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมและสะอาดไร้ที่ติ ปาล์มที่ยอดเยี่ยม 48 ชั่วโมง / ขอบคุณมาก 💫

We couldn’t have been happier with our hotel and where it was. It was busy but still a nice place. We had a warm welcome from reception with lots of info. Despite being early for check in our room was ready. Loved the balcony and big bed. Food was great, the cakes and yoghurt was so creamy. Managed to do as much sunbathing on the beach as shopping in the town, got best of both. This was just a great place for us, glad we did the research.
