โรงแรมใกล้ ท่าอากาศยานปาล์มา เดอ มาลโลร์กาในปัลมาเดมายอร์กา

Hotel was in a decent location, easy to get to from the airport, for anyone enquiring I'd suggest getting the bus (taxi was excessively expensive), the reason I'd say the service was average was due to them making me go up to my room twice seeing as the card key wasn't working, in the end they called their technician who changed the the battery on the door lock.. For me at that point being tired and grouchy I didn't think the service was great. But overall can't complain, room was decent, all very clean etc. Would like to revisit on another occasion for a longer stay:)

ทําเลที่ตั้งอยู่กลางหาดปาปา โรงแรมเกือบจะเชื่อมต่อกับชายหาด เนื่องจากเป็นช่วงนอกฤดูท่องเที่ยว ร้านค้าส่วนใหญ่ด้านชายหาดปิด น้ําทะเลเย็นเกินไป และไม่ใช่ฤดูหนาว แต่สระว่ายน้ําของโรงแรมเป็นน้ําอุ่นและมีแขกที่มาว่ายน้ําในสระด้วย ห้องพักหันหน้าออกทะเลทั้งหมด ขนาดห้องใหญ่และมีอ่างอาบน้ํา แต่ละห้องยังมีระเบียงซึ่งใหญ่มากเช่นกัน แค่การตกแต่งเรียบง่าย ไม่มีน้ําสํารอง แชมพู/ครีมนวด/เจลอาบน้ําและเครื่องเป่าผมแขวนอยู่บนผนังทั้งหมด และโรงแรม 5 ดาวไม่เคยเจอ โชคดีที่ฉันเอาห้องน้ํามาด้วย แต่ฉันยอมแพ้เครื่องเป่าผมที่แขวนผนัง และไม่สามารถทํางานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ ฉันนอนกับผมเปียก พนักงานมีความกระตือรือร้นมาก เมื่อฉันมาถึงเป่ย ฉันเกือบจะรีบออกมาเพื่อผลักดันกระเป๋าเดินทางของฉัน ฉันกลัวเล็กน้อย และจะมีเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับและเครื่องดื่มลาเมื่อฉันมาถึงเป่ยและเมื่อฉันจากไป ค่านอกฤดูกาลเป็นที่ยอมรับ อาหารเช้ามีผู้คนมากมายและบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าไม่เหมาะกับความอยากอาหารเลย ยกเว้นสมูทตี้

Hotel is super new and clean, interior is very modern. Staff checking us in was very professional. Pepe from breakfast buffet is super helpful and funny. The spa is definitely worth visiting. However, we experienced an issue with our drink at the lobby lounge which we were shocked about.

Come, stay and love it. Visiting it the third time in a row we did not get disappointed. You get what you expect. Perfect hotel, nice rooms, clean and stylish, cozy beds, fast cleaning-service, friendly receptionist, nice rooftop and well working Wi-Fi. What is a plus was the option to have lunch or dinner in a combination of a menu with a perfect price-benefit ratio. In general and personally for us seen, 5 points in TripAdvisor. We strongly recommend this hotel for sure.

The design of the hotel is fantastic.the painting at the front desk is beautiful.The room is clean, the breakfast is rich and the service is very good.I must come back again. 酒店非常有设计感，前台的绘画非常美。房间很干净，早餐非常丰富服务也非常好。

Prime location, friendly staff and lovely roof top pool area. The room was spacious, clean and the decor is beautiful. 10/10 and will book again in the bear future.

The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in. But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x

Stayed here for 7 days and writing this review just after checking out, all in all a nice hotel but with some pros and cons. Cons: - Room is a LOT smaller than advertised, with just enough room to walk around the bed. We paid for a decent room and expected what was shown on the pictures for ‘our room’ category but it was false advertisement. - Building site is noisy and an eye sore while sat around the pool. I actually knew about this before we booked but looking at the pictures from previous reviews it looked like most of the structure was up so the noisy bits were finished, I was wrong. I feel they should tell people on booking about it. - No table or chairs on balcony. We paid a lot for the room too through *********** and the pictures advertised for that room were nothing like what we booked. I called reception every single day on my 7 day holiday to ask for a chair and they promised the next day we could get one, we never got one. This would be ok if there was somewhere else to sit in the room but there is nowhere other than the bed. So we lay on the bed and played cards in the evening and didn’t use the balcony. We had a sea view too, so a shame we couldn’t sit out. - Pool bar closes at 5pm, they have a beautiful bar area with a TV, couches etc really lovely but no one sits in there in the evening because the bar is shut, and in the day everyone is sat around the pool. Bit of a shame to have such a wasted space that is so nice. - No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, didn’t have a cup of tea whole holiday. - No bottled water in room (didn’t bother me as just bought a big bottle each night from supermarket) - No iron in the room so we just wore creased clothes. - Sun loungers around the pool are really uncomfortable due to a metal bar that goes across them and dig into your back there isn’t a way around it. - Maid took one of our room key cards for some strange reason. Pros: - Staff are really lovely, the receptionist, bar lady, lifeguard (who gives you the towels everyday) all really nice friendly people who can’t do enough for you. - Room is cleaned everyday. - Excellent location! A short stroll to cala major centre where you’ll find the beach and all the restaurants/super market. - Porto Pi shopping centre is a 10-15 minute walk and is AMAZING, they have Zara, Mango, Bershka, Stradivarius and more. - Palma town centre is very close just 10 mins on the number 4 bus 2 Euro per person each way. - Fresh towels everyday, we brought them to the beach too no issues. - I have to hand it to them the shower in the room is lovely. Hot water no problem. - Breakfast is lovely, I wasn’t expecting much but it was really good. If you are British don’t be expecting full English type food (which we didn’t anyway) but they have an amazing selection of cheeses, meats, breads, fruit, cookies pastries brownies even churros. Excellent in every way. We live in Palma de Mallorca, so this was a quick weekend getaway for us. From the friendly welcome, to the beautiful room, everything was lovely. The design of the hotel, rooms, common areas, pool , etc. is very well done. The rooms are not huge but have great views of the mountains (208) and the pool area. Lots of quality design touches. Very comfortable bed. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Parking was most welcome in busy Soller, and not incredibly tight like many in Mallorca. Breakfast was also excellent with a big choice of everything, although the one coffee machine was working overtime! A real machine cappucino would have been the chery on the cake! Our shower cubicle did leak a bit, but nothing a bit of silicone wouldn't fix. The position is fantastic, right in the heart of Soller, and the tram even goes by the gardens. We would love to return!
