โรงแรมใกล้กับ Igor Morski Gallery, ปัลมาเดมายอร์กา

โรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ท่าเรือใจกลางเมืองปาลา แต่อยู่บนภูเขา ไม่เป็นไรที่จะเดินทางโดยรถยนต์ แต่มันค่อนข้างไม่สะดวกสําหรับแขกที่เดินป่า ทั้งอาคารโรงแรมรู้สึกว่าการแสดงผลค่อนข้างเก่า แต่ห้องพักก็สะอาด แยกส่วนเปียกแห้งได้ดี มีระเบียง สระว่ายน้ําชั้นล่างเป็นไฮไลท์ของโรงแรม มีเสาน้ําและที่นั่งนวดในสระ นอกจากนี้ยังมีสระว่ายน้ําขนาดเล็กสําหรับเด็กและมีร่มและเก้าอี้อาบแดด ด้านหน้ามีจุดชมวิวขนาดใหญ่ วิวดีมาก สรุปคือราคาไม่เลว

เพิ่งกลับจากพักที่โรงแรมนี้ 4 คืน WOW! ปกติไม่ได้พักโรงแรมหรูๆ เลย นี่เป็นการทรีทเม้นท์ที่แท้จริง เราได้รับ voucher เครื่องดื่มต้อนรับซึ่งเราสนุกกับพื้นที่สระว่ายน้ําบนดาดฟ้า ห้องพัก สะอาด ห้องน้ํา สะอาด ห้องน้ํา อ่างอาบน้ํา น้ําไหลแรง พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับ น่ารัก ทุกคน พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานต้อนรับ ทุกคน ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ทุกคน พวกเราได้รับ voucher สําหรับการต้อนรับ เครื่องดื่ม ซึ่งเรา เพลิดเพลิน กับ บริเวณสระว่ายน้ําไม่ค่อยมี Sun lounger เยอะ เลย จําไว้ตรงนี้ถ้าอยากนอนอาบแดดได้ เราจองห้อง jacuzzi แล้วได้อ่านรีวิวลบนิดหน่อยเกี่ยวกับห้องพัก ไม่น่าเชื่อ! ากแดด ส่วนใหญ่เป็นวันใช่ พวกเขามองข้ามอพาร์ทเม้นท์ แต่คนไม่มองลงมา ใช่คุณสามารถมองข้ามกําแพงไปยังห้องพักข้างๆ ได้ แต่พอนอนเล่นหรือแช่จากุซซี่ก็สบายๆ ๆ ห้องพักก็ไม่มีที่ติ มี touch สวยๆ มากมาย เช่น น้ําเปล่าฟรี เสื้อคลุม และไดร์เป่าผมที่ดีจริงๆ อาหารเช้าก็สุดยอด!! หลากหลายมาก และดีสําหรับจัดเตรียมไว้สําหรับเดินเล่นในวันเดียว โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ถนนช้อปปิ้ง Jaume III และห่างจาก Cathderal ประมาณ 15 นาที เรานั่งรถบัสไปชายหาด Cala Major ซึ่งใช้เวลาประมาณ 15 นาที พนักงานของโรงแรมน่ารักมากจริงๆ และสถานที่ก็สะอาดมาก ขอบคุณสําหรับการเข้าพักที่น่ารัก!!

We booked Nou Balares as as part of a Jet2 City Break. This hotel is absolutely superb, it is well located, and immaculately clean and tidy, but one of the best things are the staff. A special ‘thank you’ goes out to reception who went out of their way to provide us with information on everything from where to find a pharmacy on New Year’s Day, to opening the lift on New Year’s Eve, so we could all go on the roof and watch the fireworks. Breakfast, though a slightly limited menu, was delicious and freshly cooked every time. The small courtyard is a lovely sheltered place to have coffee and a snack and the food in the restaurant very tasty at reasonable cost. An excellent powerful shower and everything you need, in your room with nothing you don’t need. The hotel represents excellent value for money, particularly if you are budget conscious. 10 out of 10 !

โรงแรมนี้ขายเป็น 4 ดาว แต่ในความคิดของฉันมันเหมือนโมเต็ลสองดาว มันสะอาด แต่มันยากที่จะหาสิ่งอื่น ๆ ที่เป็นบวก โดยรวมแล้วฉันพบว่าอาคารและสวนสกปรกและต้องการความสนใจ บริเวณสระว่ายน้ําเหนื่อยมากและไม่น่าดึงดูด หมอนเปื้อนและสวมใส่อย่างดีจนไม่มีการสนับสนุน เมื่อฉันขอใหม่การเปลี่ยนของก็ยังเหมือนเดิม เตียงถูกใช้มากด้านหนึ่งจนมีการเอนตัวอยู่ด้านนั้นอย่างต่อเนื่องซึ่งให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนกลิ้ง มีรอยแตกหลายรอยที่ด้านล่างของอ่างอาบน้ําซึ่งพังทลายและไม่ถูกสุขลักษณะ เมื่อฉันนําสิ่งนี้มาหาผู้เข้าร่วมที่แผนกต้อนรับในระหว่างวันเธอบอกว่าพวกเขาจะตรวจสอบมันแต่ฉันไม่เคยได้ยินจากเธอ ทางโรงแรมปิดเครื่องปรับอากาศส่วนกลางและปฏิเสธที่จะเปิดซึ่งหมายความว่าห้องของเราอบอุ่นและอับเกินไป นั่นหมายความว่าเราต้องเปิดประตูระเบียงซึ่งทําให้เสียงรบกวนจากการจราจรที่พลุกพล่านด้านล่างตลอดทั้งคืน บางครั้งฉันถูกพนักงานหยุดและบอกว่าฉันไม่สามารถนําอาหารเช้าจากห้องอาหารไปที่ห้องได้เว้นแต่ฉันจะจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม พนักงานไม่มีใครสามารถช่วยเราในการสอบถามหรือคําขอเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาของเราได้ พนักงานยกกระเป๋ากลางคืนไม่มีภาษาอังกฤษ และผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับก็เฉยเมยต่อเราโดยสิ้นเชิง เธอบอกว่าถ้าเราไม่ชอบโรงแรมเราควรเช็คเอาท์ เราเลยทํา ไม่กลับมา

We were advised from travel agency that this was a nice 5* hotel with a good beach nearby. I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

โรงแรมที่ดีมากพร้อมบุฟเฟ่ต์อร่อย มีเงินบํานาญครึ่งหนึ่งและอาหารก็อร่อยมาก โรงแรมยังมีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกโปแลนด์ขนาดเล็กที่สวยงาม ชายหาดและราชาเบียร์อยู่ไม่ไกล ทําเลที่ตั้งจึงเป็นอันดับต้นๆ

Excellent. Un très bel hôtel bien situé Plusieurs arrêts de bus à disposition, multiples restaurants et bars, possibilité de longer la côte la mer est juste en face. Petit-déjeuner inclus dans la formule. Vaste choix chaque jour rien à redire. Le skybar est magnifique et reposant. Pareil pour le lobby d'accueil/espace détente. La chambre est très propre, celle réservée avait un balcon et vu sur mer. Parfait rien à redire. Petit bémol parfois on entend ses voisins de chambre mais rien de méchant pour ma part. Je recommande cet hôtel.

I stayed with my son, friend and her 3 children/teenagers. This was my first visit to Mallorca and I hope it won’t be the last. The Globales resort was exactly what we hoped for. The children (aged 10, 13, 14, 17) loved the safe and relaxed environment and enjoyed the lovely pool and football area. There was a relaxed feel to the place with children of all ages playing together. Andre was in charge of entertainment and did an amazing job providing activities for children of all ages including card games, darts, colouring, walking on water etc. Andre is a real asset to the resort, kind patient and a real superstar! The reception staff were also kind and helpful. With happy children, we were able to relax around the pool with a glass of rosé or two! The bar staff were absolutely superb, Luis ran the bar and nothing was ever too much trouble, he was friendly and cheerful and made everyone feel happy and relaxed. The staff were all lovely but Luis and Pablo were absolutely outstanding and really made our holiday. We had breakfast each day in the snack bar, the chocolate waffles were a real hit with the kids but there were several other choices. The snack bar was open during the day (until just before 6pm) serving all sorts of food. The studio and apartment rooms were clean and spacious with everything you need if you fancy a bit of self catering ( we didn’t do much of that). Both rooms had decent sized balconies too. Locally there are many restaurants catering for all tastes all within a short walk. There are also beaches and quiet coves to explore within walking distance and several gift shops and small supermarkets. If you’re looking for fun a relaxation, this is a perfect choice.

In general hotel is nice, but we had a huge mold on the wall behind the bed, it was solved by moving us to another room. Also for people travelling without kids note that this is a family hotel meaning a lot of children everywhere and a lot of crying and noise during breakfast. I wish I thought this through before booking and had chosen a hotel 18+ instead
