Great location located in the heart of town with spacious parking lot. The breakfast was delicious.

Passing through and stayed 2 nights. Great central location from which to explore. Breakfast standard fare and good, even the coffee.

Breakfast was bad and the Front Desk Stuff not really friendly

Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!

Hotel was fine. Small pool and poolside bar were nice. Couple of things. They don't allow you to bring a cooler up to your room, so if you have a cooler you need to leave it in your car with 100+ heat, obviously it will be a warm cooler after a day. They charged me $100 at check-in for what they call "incidentals". We didn't ruin or use anything in the room. When I checked out they told me the $100 refund would be refunded in 2-5 business days! Two weeks later they still have not refunded the money. When I called back they gave me the run around about how they never actually charged me the $100, then changed their story and said I would have to contact my bank to get them to release the refund to me!!! ***!! It's a scam so beware if you stay there.

Everything is good!

Vraiment c’était un super séjour ! Tara était vraiment super agréable et souriante. La piscine était trop pratique et la localisation était parfaite pour nous. La Climatisation était juste un peu bruyante mais pas dérangeante pour dormir.

스태프들이 친절합니다. 더할 나위 없이 좋은 위치입니다. 아침식사 또한 훌륭합니다. 다만 시설은 조금 오래되어 노후합니다. 관리는 잘되어있어요.

房間乾淨整潔，衞生間沒施齊全，周圍環境佳。酒店有個小花園，坐着看看書,喝喝咖啡，不要太愜意哦，旅遊就是要放鬆心情。

酒店挺漂亮，周邊也有超市，樓下有酒吧等，夜間也不寂寞。就是早餐不太方便，是需要跟餐廳服務人員溝通需求，由他們來打餐的，可能對於英語不太好的國人，會覺得不太方便。酒店至沙漠山奧萊大概40分鐘車程，還是比較合適的
