ได้มีช่วงเวลาที่ดีขณะเข้าพักที่ zuri hotel palpang1 การต้อนรับและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกยอดเยี่ยมและสะอาด ในระหว่างที่เข้าพักคุณสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับ sky pool กับวิวเมือง palampang พนักงานทุกคนได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างดีจึงไม่ต้องกังวลเกี่ยวกับห้องพัก ก็สะอาดและได้ uv sterile ก่อนแขกเข้าห้อง

วพักห้อง family suite 2 วัน (4คน) เราพัก 4 คน ประทับใจมากและมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักมาก พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักกว้าง มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่จําเป็นครบ (แชมพู สบู่ แปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน สลิปเปอร์ และอื่นๆอีกมากมาย) อาหารเช้าอร่อยสุดๆ มีอาหารหลากหลาย (รวมถึงพิซซ่า เผ็ด และอาจจะมากกว่านี้) อาหารเช้าผมว่าได้มาตรฐานเหนือมาตรฐานสําหรับโรงแรม 3 ดาว เราสั่งdimsum จากร้านอาหาร เค้าก็ส่งถึงห้องแล้ว สุดท้ายก็สั่งเพิ่มเพราะอร่อย มีร้านอาหารใกล้ๆ เยอะ เลย อยากให้พักนานกว่านี้ จะกลับมาที่โรงแรมนี้อีกแน่นอน ที่นี่เป็นโรงแรม 3 ดาว แต่เรารู้สึกเหมือนพักโรงแรม 5 ดาว พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก พวกเราได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างดี อีกทั้งโรงแรมยังขาย pempek dan kemplang ที่สามารถนํากลับมาใช้สําหรับ ole ได้โดยไม่ต้องมองหาที่อื่น Highly recommend!!!

Overall good.. just need to upgrade your wifi . Best service, all staff are kind to me and all my family .. really helpfull Breakfast is tasty but not at all , Plain poridge bad taste, model are same

ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสมบูรณ์แบบ ใกล้ร้านอาหารมากมาย พนักงานโรงแรมก็เป็นกันเองและดีด้วย พวกเขายังแนะนําร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นที่มีราคาสมเหตุสมผล ยกนิ้วให้ :) ห้องพักคุ้มค่าเงินและสมบูรณ์แบบ ขอบคุณที่ทําให้การเดินทางของเราน่าจดจําด้วยบริการที่ดีที่จัดให้ 💗💗💗

i have stayed here many times. the rooms have the best ventilation. conaidering that i ak a smoker, a good ventilation is a very important. breakfast menu comes with both western local. i normally go for the local pempek and tahu goreng. decent.

โรงแรมไม่แย่สําหรับทริป backpacker : พื้นที่ห้องพักและ facility, acses จากสนามบิน 30 ขึ้นไป 45 นาที, อยู่ใจกลางเมือง, บริเวณสะอาด, บริการดี front office ราคาประหยัด แต่สําหรับการปรับปรุงการบริหารจัดการ : เมนูอาหารเช้าและพื้นที่, โทรศัพท์ facility ในห้อง เหนือกว่า ก็ไม่แย่สําหรับแบ็คแพ็คเกอร์หรือค่าใช้จ่ายต่ํา

Don't know where to start. I have a few days left to stay at this hotel, but can't resist to review this hotel asap, cause i've been stay here for a couple days. My question, is it really 5 stars hotel? Like, really??! The good things are, the staff at lobby so humble (not the receptionist one), i mean the bell boy (who always wearing the green suit) and the guy on white shirt who always opened the door everytime we walk-in to. They're so humble, always say hi and put smile on their face. The receptionist, you need to learn from them, to smile and be nice when you talk to guest. The room, this hotel has a comfy bed, appreciate that, and room service has a good hospitality, everytime i call them to ask something, they can give me those things really quick. So lets start for the worst thing about this hotel. FIRST, the frontman at the breakfast resto and their resto's staff. The frontman name is Sinta, the woman who wears the green dress, she's so unrespectful, not humble, even when i'm waiting the staff cleaned up the table i want to sat to, then this woman came to my table then drag the staff to other place, man! he's cleaning my table, like why you drag him off?! Like what?! you need to learn etiquette girl, then there's guy who's so rude, he talk to guest in a bad way and like yelling, i don't remember his name. The only good staff at the resto is Yusuf and a girl who wears white shirt and green apron on her waist, they're both humble and always smiling. They both have good attitude. I don't like their food, i ate cereal and watermelon only, others really doesn't have a taste. really bad quality for 5stars hotel resto. and still have a couple days to eat the same thing, poor me. Then, one more, there's a door in corridor yang bertuliskan ”staff only”, mereka selalu membiarkan pintu tersebut terbuka dengan banyak sampah di dalamnya, dan staff staff yang masuk dan keluar dari ruangan itu sangat berisik sekali, EVERYDAY, they laughing so hard, even they're singing! I mean, you need to keep quiet untuk menjaga kenyaman tamu, namun mereka menutup pintu dengan sangat berisik dan berbicara sesuka hati mereka, even at midnight seperti itu juga. And we're in pandemic situation, this hotel doesn't has great ”protokol kesehatan”, mereka membiarkan orang berkeliaran without masker, and tidak ada yang menegur tamu tamu yang seperti itu. And one thing yang cukup mengganggu, ketika kamu parkir di gedung, ketika ke lobby harus melewati koridor bebas merokok, dan to be honest ini sangat mengganggu, jika ingin ada tempat untuk merokok buatlah ruangan khusus utk merokok! The only reason why i chose this hotel, because this is the 5 stars hotel, but i don't think i'll comeback to this hotel in the future. There a lot things to upgrade. Ahh and untuk sekelas hotel bintang 5 dengan ruangan gym semini itu, it's not good. Just trying to be honest here.

Nice Fave Hotel with ห้องพักใหญ่, check in กับ family with 2 children took 2 rooms พบว่า Fave แห่งนี้ สะดวกสบาย, ห้องใหญ่กว่าเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นในระดับเดียวกัน, Lobby ก็กว้างขวาง ห้องพักสะอาดและสดใหม่, กับโต๊ะทํางานที่เพียงพอคุณยังสามารถทํางานได้บ้างที่แล็ปท็อปได้หากมี พนักงานเป็นมิตรและตั้งอยู่ในยุทธศาสตร์ Jl. Basuki Rahmad ใกล้กับห้าง PTC

Saya dari travel agent naifahtours & Travel, awal bulan lalu booking 52 kamar di maxone. Alhamdulillah dari seluruh tamu saya, tidak ada yang komplain dan puas selama menginap di maxone, kamarnya bersih dan layanan dari staff sangat baik dan ramah. สถานที่ตั้งของโรงแรม juga berada di tengah kota dan pusat ของผู้คนมากมาย ดังนั้นจึงขอแนะนําอย่างยิ่งสําหรับ kalian yang ingin berkunjung ke kota Palम्बng.

Really love this hotel! Go there with family, and add 1 additional room for 1 night for my in laws. Lake-view room is a must, it face east and have a good sunrise view by the lake. I book in-room tent and it comes with complimentary cakes and cute elephant plushie. It have mattress and pillow in it (its comfortable to sleep in, even for adults) and include additional breakfast. Service are great, breakfast food is good. Especially the japan corner. Never missed the japanese breakfast for my 3 days stay. On sunday they have kids corner with choco fondue. The kids club is big, and there's outdoor playground too. The garden around the lake is well kept. It's great for morning jogging or photo spot (plenty of photo spot).
