In the resort Palau Savardera, 6 km from the centre of Roses, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant, café 200 m, sandy beach "Roses" 6 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 14 km, surf school 8 km, sailing school 8 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Zona de padel con bar y restaurante 300m, Parque Acuático Roses Aquabrava 3 km, Túnel del viento y Skydive Empuriabrava 12 km, Cadaqués 17 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 22 km, Castillo y festival de Perelada 15 km. I really enjoyed the days in Roses in this beautiful accommodation. There was nothing missing. Everything you need is there, very good beds and everything is very clean. During my stay the house was not fully occupied and therefore possibly very quiet. Be

wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns in dieser Unterkunft wie auch in der Gegend dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das wäre ein schöner Altersruhesitz. :-)
