People think that the hotel near the airport is sucks, but I think that it is great for me. Not only the location, but also food in the restaurant is great

Pleasant stay before an early flight next morning great location

We stayed here the night before our flight from Glasgow airport. Check in was pleasant and easy and our room was lovely (it had recently been refurbished). Well stocked petrol station just across the street for drinks and snacks and a shot drive into Paisley for supermarkets, takeaways etc. Premier inn also have a collaboration with The Flying Scot for discounted parking for the duration of your holiday. Perfect!

Overall quite impressed with this place. Very close to the airport but there is not much else nearby. I think the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, needless to say I wasn’t able to fault the room. Breakfasts here are pretty decent but evening meals are a bit hit and miss.

Yummy dinner service, Thank you to Kirsty and Skye for an amazing dinner service with great suggestions. Food was very yummy and service was quick. Nice and clean rooms. Overall very happy. Thank you :) Dinner: Ice cream dessert was very tasty with yummy chicken wings with the curry.

We had a lovely New refurbished room but very hot even with heating off, window open and duvet off. Air conditioning would make so much difference. The only other issue was the breakfast chef called in sick. We were on the meal deal for evening meal and cooked breakfast. Evening meal was great, very busy and staff were great. Apology fir basic breakfast which was outwith their control so weetabix, banana and toast, good coffee. Staff lovely again. Despite all this we headed off for our holiday in good form but a bit sleep deprived due to heat in room. Also hotel still undergoing refurbishment on ground floor but didn't notice any disruption. Again staff coping well and very cheery.

Very disappointing from Premier Inn. Walking through building works when walking to room. No breakfast as no chef. Still awaiting refund as I pre booked. Evening meal food was terrible and we had to wait a long time to eat. Staff were friendly but were clearly under staffed and were just running around. So never staff available. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Conveniently close to the airport. We had a very poor experience at the hotel. We've used Premier Inn many times all over the country, but this will be the last. We don't want to risk another experience like this. Once renovated and staff issues sorted it might be a good Conveniently placed hotel for airport travel. However until this is resolved I would avoid.

We have stayed in this premier inn many times over the years, usually before catching an early flight next morning. The standard of room was once again excellent as were the staff. The hotel was very busy and I have noticed a slight change from when we fist stayed here. It looks like staff numbers have been reduced as the staff looked overworked trying to deal with the number of guests in the dining room, reception and bar area, causing service to be slower than it was in the past. No criticism of the staff, they were trying their best to cope. I booked our stay approximately two months earlier but strangely enough did not get warned of the major works going on until the day before our stay. That was a bit sneaky I thought. Would not hesitate to stay again, but Premier Inn management needs to be careful not to let their standards slip further.

Rooms have Ben update and they are lovely beds are still so comfortable x staff very pleasant and the meal wee has was delicious x definitely will be be back x but stupid wee thing to improve for summer months would be grass cut and some oudorr seating

All the rooms have been updated since I last visited but the restaurant is terrible, never has any food, as previously experienced, even though booking was at beginning of the evening

Hotel was in the middle of a refurbishment. This wasn’t an issue for us as work stops at 6pm. We had an early flight out of Glasgow airport so wanted a comfortable bed for the night. Our room was a refurbished one and was very lush in every respect. Staff at restaurant could be more attentive, we had to flag a server down after sitting at a table for 10 minutes in a pretty quiet restaurant. All in all, a great stay at a good price.
