Hotel sekelas bintang 4 bath towel nya lebih parah dr i oyo bath towelnya bolong2 dan pinggirnya berenda2.menu BF nya rata2 asin mlai dri mie goreng dan kerupuk mie nya loby nya pun bau apek TDK wangi

Kamarnya luas,, resepsionis ramah,, kolam renang besar,, ac lumayanan dingin tpi kulkasnya rusak..

Our travel agent helped us book this hotel. Checked in on the night of 02/03/2024 at around 9pm and requested to check out immediately!!! The hotel is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The whole hotel is so run down that I requested to check out immediately after getting into our room. We checked in 3 rooms (417, 430 & 435). The whole hotel smelled bad! The air conditioning is not working! The shower is not working! Even the phone is not working! There were stains on the bedsheets and on the coffee mugs! To make things worst there were even mosquitoes in the room. After much complaint, they changed our rooms to a room with 2 double beds where the 6 of us cramped together for one night and this was done nearly at midnight. The worst part is the room is equally bad. We checked out the next morning, cancelling the other night that was booked. So, please do not get fooled by the 4 star that the hotel claimed they were rated. It's totally a hoax!

The wifi unaable to connect, when i call the receptionist no one answered, the ac is not cold

sprei nya nggk bersih, tv nya outdated, need a big renovation for this hotel tho 😊
