So nice hotel with interesting people, nice music, refined atmosphere.. Tasty breakfast and clean room. If I come back to Surabaya one time, I will stay here!

I like the decoration and vibe in this hotel very cozy; and staff is very supportive. location may not be that good as we have to take grab for food; and the bathroom is not that perfect as the shower is not efficient.

The room is clean, aesthetic , breakfast standard, coffee not ok. Doesn't have espresso, just coffee water

clean, interesting lobby and restaurant decoration, good food, but the parking space is limited. The staff is polite and nice. Very strict to rules.

餐食不錯，供應的晚餐非常有特色。 整體來説好評，但是過於偏僻的位置拖累了這個酒店，周圍半徑一公里沒有任何便利店，但是好在酒店本身提供的餐食能彌補一下。

kamarnya enak bersih cuma ada beberapa yang perlu di perbaiki seperti lantai kolam renang , kamar mandinya juga masih perlu dibersihkan lebih baik , ada bau dalam kamar waktu check in dan kalo bisa di lorong dikasih kipas angin jadi gak terlalu panas selain itu pelayanan super dan makanannya juga enak
