Just needed hotel for one night. Easy check, check out. Clean room, well appointed. Met all of our needs. Would recommend to others

This hotel will always remain my go to in the west end off Ottawa. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

作為旅途打尖的酒店還不錯，價格不算便宜，也算乾淨衞生。

Clean quiet hotel. Hockey tournament in town while we were there and did not hear any kids at all. Only 1 elevator working, and breakfast was 5/10 but included.

Loved the lounging area with “L” shaped sofa in our room and huge shower. Confortable bed. A few dust bunnies on the floor upon entering the room Lovely stay

Very nice stay for a night on the road, near many restaurants , few minutes by car. Few minutes from Kanata or Ottawa. Very clean, quiet with breakfast included. Very good bed. And very clean as well.

It was a lovely stay. I loved that the pool was accessible and also had a device that can allow people who are walking impaired to swim. It was nice to see. Quiet and clean, breakfast was yummy too!

Staff were unable to clearly communicate in english or french. Bed was uncomfortable due to lack of proper pillow and duvet. But the most important criticism is the lack of proper soundproofing with the hallway AND the two adjacent boulevards. We were woken up multiple times during the night and had to wake up with the terrible sound of morning traffic around 6am while we were on vacation....from work.

Nice stay but they need an ego check when it comes to guests arriving a little early, charging $40 for someone coming in 1-2 hours earler is crazy if the rooms are available and not in use. Never been to a hotel that does this and I travel a fair amount.

Loved everything about this property. Didnt know we needed an actual credit card, but they were nice enough to put it through on my visa debit this one and only time. And advised future refrence to pay online if i didnt have a credit card. Excellent service.

We stay here when we come to visit family. We enjoy the room layout and the breakfast space and the pool.

We arrived and found out that we were upgraded to an accessible suite. The room was thoughtfully laid out for a person with mobility needs, including a shower with a second, lower showerhead option. Even the curtains are operated with a switch. The hotel pool was moderately busy in the evening (Saturday) but quiet all morning (Sunday). We were told that there was a sports team staying there but never heard a peep all night. Breakfast was decent- something for every taste. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces. It was a convenient drive to the Canadian Tire Center. I'll absolutely book here again!
