ที่พักวิวสวย ห้องดีห้องสะอาด พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน บริการดีมาก ช่วยติดต่อทางเรื่องไปดำน้ำดูฉลามวาฬ และเรียกแท็กซี่ไป moalboal ให้ ติดตรงบันไดที่นี่ขั้นสูงมาก ในห้องไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม เวลาสั่งอาหารค่อนข้างรอนาน แต่โดยรวมแล้ว ถูกใจค่ะ 👍👍

จองเกินและหลังจากยืนยันห้องของเราแล้วพวกเขาก็มอบให้แขกคนอื่น ๆ และปรับลดรุ่นห้องของเราและไม่ได้คืนเงินเต็มจำนวนสำหรับส่วนต่างของราคาและจบลงด้วยการเรียกเก็บเงินสองเท่าสำหรับอาหารเช้าแม้ว่าจะควรจะรวมอยู่ก็ตาม

เคสดีไซน์ทันสมัยที่หายากสำหรับฟิลิปปินส์! มีร้านอาหารที่ค่อนข้างดีเป็นของตัวเอง (มันสำคัญ!) หน้าหาดคาดว่าจะได้ยินเสียงคลื่นทะเลตลอดเวลา พนักงานเป็นกันเองช่วยเหลือดี

The hotel environment is okay，but the room is so-so, and the water in the bathroom is not flow

Swimming pool is small. Roof deck garden terrace is buitiful for drinking and relax.

I don’t think I would stay here again. Lizards in room, staff removed one but then after some time there were more. Location without car or scooter impossible to reach any place.

The staff is incredibly kind and professional and helpful! kudos to being so smiley. The hotel is very modern and sitting right on the water. The restaurant is literally overlooking the ocean and really very nice. It’s a beautiful venue. The rooms are rather small but functional. Aircon worked and the room was clean. Not the best mattress but it was alright for one night. Only downside is the smell of humidity and drainage but this seems common in this part of the world as well experiences that almost everywhere we went. Overall a good experience and very convenient to sleep at before doing the whale sharks and also near the ferry terminal to go to Panglao. Just a tip, if you’re a person with mobility issues please ask them to give you the ground floor room as there is no elevator access to get upstairs.

Beautiful hotel situated nicely along the water. The room had poor drainage in the bathroom, but the real problem was the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom.   The restaurant was very nice - good food with great view. Whale sharks watching was 20 min away.  Helpful staff

We arrived to this hotel specifically to visit Whale Shark activity. The location is good,20 minutes by car to whale shark spot. But the hotel has some bad points. First of all,the shower was leaking,the water was not hot enough.after shower the water was everywhere in the bathroom because of the bad water protection so it was leaking from the shower cabin. Also shower was rusty because of bad maintenance. There was just a few amenities but it was enough. Also the towels was dirty so we used only one out of two. The breakfast was good. Also the staff was kind and helpful. I can recommend this hotel only for 1 night because of it’s location for whale shark activity.

The hotel located on the sea. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. The room was clean but small and the bathroom smells bad.

A beautiful, clean and cozy hotel on the seashore. Very friendly staff, good breakfasts. However, I'll say right away that the audibility there is excellent, you can hear the noises from motorcycles and people's voices. Anyway, the hotel is very good

From our arrival to the end of our stay the hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was clean, however the air-con temperature setting could not be controlled by the remote control or on the machine itself. It was set to 24 all the time. Bathroom was adequate too. The restaurant had two areas, indoor and outdoor, both brilliant to see the sun rise in the morning. Food was great! The massage chair was an extra treat. An elevator would be great to help guests going up floors especially for seniors and those who have knee problems as the hotel has 3 floors and the stairs are quite steep with each step. The swimming pool was cool but lacked extra deck chairs due to space restrictions.

Hotel is on the good location, food are delicious, good breakfast and staff are the best part of the stay.

The room is too small. The toilet door knob is not working. When we use the toilet we don’t dare to close the door fully as we are worried the door can’t be open up.
