น่าผิดหวังมาก สกปรกมาก ยกเว้นอาหารเช้าที่ดีไม่มีอะไรดีเลย

เปลี่ยนห้องของฉันเป็น "ห้องมาตรฐานเตียงคู่" ในชั้น 8 เพลิดเพลินไปกับวิวถนนที่สวยงามและชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นเล็กน้อย จำประเภทห้องพัก! เพราะตามที่เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลโรงแรมบอกไว้ว่าห้องซูพีเรียเตียงคู่ทุกห้องหันหน้าไปทางสวนหลังบ้านและชั้นล่างแม้จะมีราคาแพงกว่าก็ตาม!

Great location near the station Munch and Opera House. Comfortable beds, nice rooftop bar, excellent breakfast. No air conditioning so very very warm rooms

Good location in the centre of town. Rooms are small as typical of tromso but otherwise good enough

Overall, my stay was pleasant. Although there was a slight hiccup with my room booking that delayed my check-in, I appreciated the efforts from both the hotel reception (especially Jordan) and Trip’s representative (Nico) in resolving the matter promptly. The room itself was fairly basic, but the superb location and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. I would definitely consider returning and staying again with Clarion Hotels

The staff on reception were very helpful, professional and friendly. Overall our stay was very comfortable, relaxing, and would thoroughly recommend. The hotel was in an ideal location for us as it was close to the munch museum and the train station.

Great location, decent breakfast spread, and compact but well-maintained rooms. Everything as advertised. Meets expectations, no surprises. The Munch and the opera house are within walking distance. The transit to the airport is right at the doorstep.

Excellent hotel location. Easy to get to many places of interest. Nice big, clean and modern room. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of hot, cold, continental and Norwegian food options.

Location is convenient, about 10 mins walk from Oslo S. although it is in the direction nearer to the office buildings and away from the attractions. Breakfast spread is amazing and tastes good. Room and bathroom are spacious, bed is soft and comfortable. The only drawback is the amenities. There is no toothbrush provided, and I find the shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash a little too mild / diluted, would have preferred it to be thicker and foamier. Body soap is ok.

24 hour check in desk, had problems with Trip.com booking the room in a completely different name, thankfully the hotel were very efficient in finding our reservation!! The hotel was very clean and breakfast was exceptional.
