"We chose this hotel out of sheer desperation, as we couldn't find any accommodation in Seoul for our family of three on our dates. First of all, this is definitely not a family hotel, nor is the neighborhood suitable for families. There are bars and men's massage parlors all around, and the hotel is clearly designed for solo travelers or couples staying for just one night. There isn't even a wardrobe or shelves in the room to unpack your belongings. Although a king-size bed (181 cm wide) was advertised, the bed provided for the three of us was only about 150 cm wide (our daughter is 128 cm tall, as seen in the photo). When we asked why we weren't given the larger bed, we were told that this was the biggest one they had and that there must have been a mistake on the website. It was impossible for the three of us to sleep on it. Some of the lightbulbs didn't work, and the smart toilet was broken too—the water sprayed straight down. The only good thing was the TV, which was very large. Secondly, right after we paid and arrived at check-in, the receptionist met us and said he couldn't check us in unless we paid an extra surcharge for the weekend and holidays, which partially fell within our booking dates. We had been chatting with the hotel beforehand, and no one had mentioned any extra fees. Our booking had been fully paid in advance. The front desk staff said that if we didn't pay for the extra two days, we would have to check out for those days and stay somewhere else. When we asked him to check the reservation and verify that we didn't owe anything, he started waving his arms and speaking Korean to us, ignoring the translation app. We had no choice but to pay because it was almost nighttime, we had a child with us, and we were exhausted from the journey. Trip.com later refunded us this amount in Trip Coins, but the very fact of these extra extortionate charges ruined our impression right away. The hotel does not provide adapters for Chinese plugs, nor does it have a washing machine, an iron, or even sugar. Housekeeping was provided once every two days and was done well. Downstairs, you can grab bottled water, make yourself some coffee, or get ice for your drink. It's a 10-minute walk to Osan Metro Station. Conclusion: If we ever return to South Korea, we will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to you."
