床竟然是2個單人床拼起來的，衹給一條又薄又小所謂的被子。最奇葩的是，晚飯前餐號稱buffet，拿了第二碟竟然要收第二份的錢。哪怕衹是拿了一小塊麪包。並且沒有任何事前告知。再美的多洛米蒂都被這酒店給抹沒了。不想再去第二次。

價格是挺貴的，即使是在淡季。房間略小，陽台風景很美。早餐晚餐都不錯。有小巴接送來回奧迪塞依鎮中心雕塑旁。步行進出不方便。

From the moment we arrived we knew we had booked the right hotel! This place is stunning and cozy and feels so personal. Our teen boys were even impressed -- which is saying a lot. In the hills above Ortesei, this place is a gem! The food, the hotel, the views... everything was just right. The staff were so professional from the wine pouring to overall hospitality. We had a family room which meant we had a separate sleeping area from our boys (a must!) and a great outdoor patio with stunning views- my husband loved having coffee outside every morning and was so sad to leave. We did a "half board" which meant breakfast and dinner was included daily - highly recommend as the dinner is something else! Totally unexpected. Multiple courses, all delicious and among the best food we ate in Italy. A mix of Austrian and Italian and the cheese plate one night - wow! And all with a great view! We also enjoyed the spa one day and my only wish is they had an outdoor pool as the weather got quite hot but alas, we made do! ;-) We also took advantage of the free shuttle as parking in the area can be a challenge - anytime we wanted a ride, we had one - drop off in town - done, pick up at Seceda, done! Just call and they will come. We did not move our car once on the trip. I would recommend saving a day or half a day to just enjoy the spa - it is so lovely and serene and no added cost. We enjoyed the two saunas the most! Such welcoming and hospitable hosts - we will be back!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Grien for four nights in mid-June. Rainer, his wife and staff truly went out of their way to ensure we had a magical stay. Our room was immaculately cleaned and serviced every day. The views from the room were spectacular. I often sat on our lounge chairs and just stared at the mountains, meadows and flowers for hours. The hotel had a shuttle service that took us 5 minutes to and picked us up from town or the cable cars any time we requested. We purchased the half board package which included breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent every single day. It was like eating at a gourmet restaurant every night. Great choices and mouthwatering dishes. The open spa was amazing but I only used the sauna and hot tub once as we were on the go. Ortisei is the perfect base for a trip to the Dolomites and Hotel Grien is the dream hotel you must book your stay.

A wonderful stay in a warm, family atmosphere. The hotel is a little outside the town center, which allows for a beautiful view of the valley from the room terraces and ensures great tranquility. However, you can leave your car in the garage and take advantage of their on-demand shuttle service. The half-board dinner is outstanding and varied. All the staff are incredibly attentive to guests. Oh, and I almost forgot, they have a spa worthy of a grand hotel with an indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after hikes. In short: I highly recommend this establishment!

Fantastic Mountain View’s can’t be beat. The owners and staff at hotel Grien go above and beyond to exceed visitors expectations. Plus the wellness spa, and free shuttle service were both fantastic and much appreciated amenities! Their top notch breakfast is not to be missed either!

We stayed at the Hotel Grien for our skiing holiday. We were extremely well looked after by the Avesani family and their staff - nothing was too much trouble. The location is on the edge of town but the hotel's offers a mini bus service in and out on request. We had an issue with our room on arrival but this was dealt with immediately with the minimum of fuss. The food was superb with an excellent buffet breakfast and plenty of menu choices for the evening meal. The hotel offers a ski guiding service once a week which was an added bonus. We certainly intend to return to the Hotel Grien again in the not too distant future.
