Great value for money. Parking is available. Downtown and close to the ferry terminal and bus station. Positives, big room, friendly staff, shops/eateries all around. Negatives, internet access in Ormoc generally is poor. Hotel WiFi no better.

i did not take this. cancelled ang byahe. be human and compassionate refund this.

Location is excellent coz its in the heart of the city and very accessible but just be careful, do not choose the no view rooms that felt us uncomfortable. the water bath heater was not functional.

The receptionist on our check in Date 12/30/25 7pm need to have a training on customer care and consideration.

This hotel is just convenient to the port area and terminal so it’s perfect just the hotel is average specially if your booked through 3rd party site they will give you the room that is no internet connection, room is ok, bed is firm and soft pillow no free breakfast the good thing they have elevator.

Better you habe loyalty cards for your costumers for us to avail discounts for the next check i n

I left my ID because they did not hand it over to ne after checking in☺️

The doorman was really kind, very helpful, everybody smiling, but 2 women behind deck. besides them, everybody was super professional and kind.
