แอร์ในห้องเสียงดังมาก ร้านอาหารแถวนั้นไม่ค่อยมี และอาหารที่ร้านเอาท์เล็ทก็ธรรมดา อาหารเช้าหมดตอน 9 โมงเช้าโดยไม่ได้แจ้งล่วงหน้า และมีน้ำเปล่าแค่สองขวด

สภาพโดยรวมดี แต่ห้องพักเล็กไปหน่อย ค่าจอดรถไม่สมเหตุสมผลเลย ถ้าที่จอดรถรอบๆ ไม่แน่นนักก็คิดคืนละ 26 ดอลลาร์ ผมพักอยู่ 5 วัน เสียค่าจอดรถไป 130 ดอลลาร์ แถวๆ ยูนิเวอร์แซลสตูดิโอ ออร์แลนโด ค่าจอดรถแพงมาก

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก ๆ เหมาะสำหรับคู่รักและครอบครัว! ทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบสำหรับร้านอาหารและกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เรามี จะกลับไป 100%

โรงแรมที่ดี ถ้าคุณมาพักที่ยูนิเวอร์แซล ไม่มีรถรับส่งไปยังสวนสาธารณะดังนั้นคุณจึงต้องอยู่คนเดียว

Breakfast was like hell everyday fighting for non existent food, lack of / zero refills, we were there for 3 days, 2 of them they ran out of yogurt and fruits (no refills whosoever), asked the staff and they just said ran out / no more, they weren’t very friendly either! We went before 8am and they’re not supposed to be finished until 9am! The milk machines never worked, just a waste of space!

Hotel has its own property. Room is big with a kitchen cabinet beside the room. It has microwave, dishwasher and cutleries. It’s a cozy room. We like it a lot. On level 2 there are coin operated washing machines and dryers. Can buy detergent beside the reception counter at level 1. Lobby has free flow water, coffee and tea. Good for those who love shopping. Premium factory outlet is just across the road. If going to Theme parks, is about 30 mins away by Uber or Lyft. Breakfast is ok. Overall is a good hotel to stay.

Hotel is amazing, clean, and well equipped for a family vacation. The only problem is that they charge like $26 dollars per night for overnight parking at the hotel premises, which I think it should be part of the room package like every other hotel. So you think you are saving some money on the reservation, but you are not.

Good location for shoppers, food in hotel is very nice.

Front desk staff are super. The breakfast is very well stocked. The housekeeping staff are efficient
