We were very excited to stay here. Excellent location for concerts, roof top bar, restaurants to walk to. Did not expect tooth paste spatterings on wall in bathroom, or mold in the grout. When I made coffee in the room and added creamer it curdled - must have been quite old. Reported to front desk. They were very concerned and asked what they could to for us - really didn't know what to say or how to ask for compensation. Not what we expected for $300 a night.

Picked this hotel for its proximity to Kia Stadium, super close and only takes a few minutes to walk there.
Room was very clean and everyone was friendly. Bar was great & rooftop nice.
Don’t underestimate the noise from the multi lane road that runs alongside. They provide earplugs and a noise machine, which worked. Had I realised ahead of time what to fully expect I may have booked a room facing the other direction.

I have to give some props to Marriott, this property was super clean, I was greeted with a gift basket that included coffee and some toiletries. It’s the little details that matter.
