NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!! ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ROOMS ARE SO DISGUSTING AND BROKEN DOWN HAD TO SWITCH ROOM TWICE THEN WHEN I WENT TO FRONT DESK TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE ROOMS THEN WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE DESK TO GET A ROOM KEY SHE THREATENED TO CALL POLICE AS SOON AS I WALK UP WHEN I TOLD HER I ONLY NEEDED A KEY SHE GAVE ME ONE BUT DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR HER BEHAVIOR

Hotel room is very basic, the rugs are dirty (or look that way, it’s impossible to know for sure), the bed is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Breakfast is so so, nothing special. The staff is friendly. Location is excellent with tons of places to eat right outside.

The location of the hotel is fair. It is about 30 minutes to the Convention Center by foot. There is not much services. You can call the hotel to give more shampoo or clean the room. Otherwise, they will not do it.

Kicked us out because a house keeper lied and said we were smoking in the room terrible service and threatened to call the police on us if we weren’t out within 20 minutes

Yuck. You get what you pay for. Mold in the bathroom. We dropped our bags off at the front desk to go straight to the parks before our room was ready. They didn’t have us fill out anything or give us any kind of claim ticket to pick them back up. Just a leave them here and pick them up when you get back. ‍♀️ Last time staying there. Pay the extra money and get a nicer hotel.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here in early march of this year, I have to say I wish I had of paid attention to the reviews. On check-in the girl was coughing and hacking, wiping her nose on her arm, multiple times, I thought I was gonna throw up. When we got to our room we were both tired as it was late and my first thought was to check the beds as the reviews were not good. I found the sheets were very clean but the comforter and the bedspread were disgusting dirty, stained(I will post pics if I still have them on my phone) I threw them both on the floor and gave them to the cleaner the next day. I told her why I gave them to her but she didn't understand as she spoke no english but I did tell them at the front desk the next day and still waited about 3 days for new ones. The curtains and carpets were so dirty, I hated to even touch them, you could tell they hadn't been cleaned in a long, long time. As we got closer to leaving I saw that a little more effort was being put into it as there were more cleaners around. And I spoke to a women who had been coming there for years and she said she had seen it go down hill in the last 10-15 years, always new managers. And in the last few years there has been another new one. I hope they clean up the place as it is in a very nice location and close to a lot of things.

I would give this hotel a negative if they let you. I am currently here staying the weekend for my daughter's game and it's 1 in the morning and I'm dying because the AC doesn't work. I tried calling the front office but they said they don't have maintenance that work over night and they had no extra rooms available to place me in. This is BS, never again will I stay here. And the customer service is rude, when I called the first time they hung up on me. I will never stay here again, this is by far the worst hotel I've ever been in not to mention the room is in bad shape but I was going to let that one go, the AC issue I just can't, that and the fact that they have no 24 hour maintenance. What hotel doesn't keep maintenance on staff around the clock, I guess I just assumed they all did but I was wrong. If it wasn't for my children I would be sleeping in my car tonight, at least there I know I'd have AC.

Horrible. Rooms are dirty, I am allergy-free person but I got some allergy, was sneezing the whole time and could not sleep at all! We stayed for 2 nights and it was a horror. Despite our rooms were non-smoking, it smells with cigarettes very strong! Shuttle to Seaworld almost at 12 noon.. the only plus is the location, right on the international drive. People do not go there, please do not spoil your vacation!!

We have experienced some issues with the cleanliness service and excessive noise during the night. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and our room was cleanned only once, despite our several requests for cleaning, clean towels. The room was really dirty, especially the bathroom floor. We have considered changing to another hotel, but due to the high season in Orlando, we could not find reasonable options. Also, we have small children and it would not be an easy task carrying our luggages again. Due to this circumstances, we have requested a discount to compensate for these inconveniences, which was denied by the Hotel. We have stayed at Quality Inn from February 9 until February 18. We believe improvements in these areas could enhance the guest experience in the future. However, today We would not recommend this hotel.

Reasonably priced, friendly, staff, and great location. This property is walking distance to icon park. It’s a great location with lots of nearby restaurants that you can walk to. Free on-site parking as well. The rooms were clean and the property overall was nice. The breakfast is included with your stay, it’s your basic continental breakfast plus waffles and sausages.

1. No wifi the whole stay our room was #143 we were told on that side wifi was out if they knew that why did they checked us in on that side. 2. Our bed comforter was ripped on both sides and to blood stains. 3. Small roach crawling over my pants I had on top of the chair. 3. The shower ceiling have bubbles forming. Bad experience seems the management and Quality Inn don't care the upkeep of the rooms.

Rooms are big but very dark. No WiFi connection on the 4th floor, TV didn't work, the toilet was whistling for 2-3mins after flushing. Also the noise from the highway was horrendous as it's single windowed. Pool areas didn't look bad but didn't use them so can't say much. The receptionist was the only wow factor, as he helped us with everything.
