Loved everything about our stay!! Great location . Close to Kia arena and a short walk to enola park. Parking lot right there that charges 20 for 24 hours!!

The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room did have an issue i had to call for resolution. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles.

This hotel is nicely appointed and in a very convenient location to many locations, like Amway Center and Philips Center for the Performing arts. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
We were disappointed that there was no microwave in the room, since restaurant food is very expense these days. We had leftovers every night we could have eaten.
The design of the bathroom sink could have been better. The faucet is so close to the edge of the sink that you cannot wash your hands without the water getting on the counter, so anything you leave on the counter gets wet.

Perfect area! Everything was walking distance, scooter ride or cheap Uber. Lots of food choices, Orlando Magic stadium and nightlife super close.

We stayed here for our wedding night and the bed was comfortable, the place was nice, but was kinda bummed I told them it was a wedding night when I booked and there was nothing in the room that said congratulations or anything like a friend of mine had at another hotel. For the price we thought it would be more of a luxury visit they would do stuff like that for special occasion for but guess not.

Mother daughter trip for a concert. Loved location so close to venue. We were able to easily walk to and back from concert and avoided traffic.
We actually came down a day early to do a little sight seeing. Glad we did. At 4:30 day of our concert the lobby was wall to wall people trying to check in and only 1 person at desk. And valet line was out on the street. Had read reviews ahead of time and saw that many people dressed for events in bathroom, went to event, and then checked in after concert. Saw people having to do this that night.
After concert, was LONG line for elevators. Out of 3, only 1 was working. We weren't walking 11 flights up. And restaurant was closed after. People just about cleaned out the pantry Marriot had.
A/C unit was SO LOUD when running and didnt have enough towels. Were able to get more from housekeeping.
Overall 8-10 for convience to Amway Center.

We were unable to check into our room until well after 5pm due to it not being ready. The lobby was a complete mess and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.
