Power outage shortly after we checked in. We waited for 2 hours and the power wasn’t back on so we switched to a nearby ohotel. Staff and manager were v helpful during the incident. Impressed by their complimentary sandwiches & water. Very appreciated their help. Lobby was dark and room cleanliness is just so so.

Practical location, good service. Might stay again there in the future

Really nice hotel, the room was very big. It was close to the airport. The front staff were very friendly and helpful.

Less than 10 mins drive to the airport, next to a big pond, lots hotels around and some restaurants within a few minutes walk. Nice sized room, a King bed and a couch that can be used as a sofa bed, good for a family of four. The pool is small but nice, half indoor and half outdoor. Overall, a pretty good hotel that has free shuttle to the airport.

The GSA staff was very rude and not helpful at all. They didnt even help us or offer some drinks while waiting on the lounge to vacate a room that we already booked

Clean and quiet with friendly people there to help you. The restaurant had great food with wonderful service.

Stayed for one night before getting on a cruise. Clean hotel. Bit dated but nonetheless good, clean & great service. Lobby bar had great food. Great shuttle service from airport. Friendly staff

Great trip experience

空港までのシャトルバスが30分に1本出ており、移動に便利でした。お部屋はスイートなので寝室とリビング・キッチンが分かれており、広いです。 ただ、壁が薄く夜に横の部屋の人の声が聞こえたり、冷房等のモスキート音がずっとしてあまり眠れませんでした。

房間很大，客廳和房間是分開的，洗手間在房間內。適合商務出差，在機場附近，有接駁車來回機場。

Le service et l'accueil sont très agréables. J'ai trouvé que certaines choses étaient vieillottes mais pour une nuit c'était très bien

環境：房間比較大，樓下有餐吧，點餐很方便，還可以喝一杯。 服務：酒店有免費的送機專車，但是需要至少提前一天預約時間。服務人員的態度很熱情❤️🔥
