the hotel is good for people doing universal but too far from disney and other disney attractions , the beds too small for a big family.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly but I would not stay at this location again. It was cheaper than some around that area but now I see why. The first room smelled awful but they did switch us to an executive suite but the toilet needed adjusting, then getting ready to check out the light in that room turned off and the smelled burning made us little nervous. They were sending maintenance up. Very surprised cause this hotel showed 4 stars. So we will not stay at this location even if we have to pay more.

WiFi is supposed to included but it was down. Front desk does not answer the phone. Only one light on whole room.

Not worth it

excellent price a very good breakfast and the location is wonderful I really liked it I will go back there

設施陳舊，房間侷促，有一股黴黴的味道，衞生間裏吹風機又小又舊，淋浴噴頭也不好，湊合一宿而已，本來玩一圈回來也定的這裏，趕緊取消了。

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff, breakfast was amazing!

We got a room directly next door to elevator and directly across hallway from 24/7 fitness center. Apparently a kids pop warner event was going on and teenagers and kids were galavanting all night. Knocking on doors and running yelling down the hallways. I will NEVER stay there again. Got 1 hour of sleep. I didn’t even shower- miscellaneous hair in shower. Horrible!! Spend $50-$100 more and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with this Holiday inn. First time I have stayed at a holiday inn express that was this dirty.

Terrible experience. The room smelled awful like stinky feet. Had to get another room but until the next day. The hotel looks old bc and hotel staff not helpful at all. Never ever coming back to this hotel.

Good hotel and good value. Breakfast was great. Staff was great and friendly. Perfect property for Universal Studios access.
