As others have said, the house is a charming old home with great hosts. The breakfast is made to order and was delicious. There wqs also a coffee bar and small frig on the second floor where most of the bedrooms are located that you can use at any time. The location of the B&B is great. It is a very short drive or easy walk to the downtown area of Opelika. We ate at the Dough Pizzeria which we really enjoyed and would recommend.

Such a beautiful inn! The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are so lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. The owners are so nice, and really want all the guests to have a lovely stay. The best part is the breakfast — SO good, and they are very accommodating for dietary restrictions. We enjoyed our stay here so much and look forward to going back!

Heritage House is a historic treasure. The character of the home is intact. It feels like a step back in time. The accommodations are perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Opelika’s revitalized downtown is a block away with restaurants and shops.

the rooms were beautiful, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and so close to a beautiful neighborhood. Dreamy! My family guests were so happy in their stay and i could not be more pleased with our Friday night experience.

We enjoyed the personalized service in this classic house filled with antiques in an interesting Opelika neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning was cool. The breakfast was probably the best I've eaten this year. The only issue was we was that the internet access was too slow to connect.

Heritage House is a stunning mansion in the surprisingly charming town of Opelika, Alabama. The house is beautifully furnished with period pieces that enhance the charm of this elegant but comfortable home. The bed was very comfortable and the bath had very nice soaps and fluffy towels. All wonderful but the true beauty of the experience was the wonderful hosts. A super fun experience.

Beautiful historic home decorated with period antiques. We were in the garden suite which was huge. Inn keepers were so friendly and helpful. We also loved the full breakfast. One of the best biscuits I have had in a long time. The only thing we would have preferred was to have a regular walk in shower rather than have to climb in to the deep tub with wrap around shower curtain. Otherwise a perfect visit.

A young couple own this bed and breakfast. It is evident that they are very hard workers, as it was well cared for. When we had questions, we were met with a prompt response. Our bed was sumptuous and gave us a good night’s rest. Breakfast was delicious. We will most definitely return!

Beautifully appointed early 1900s house. We have stayed in many B&Bs and historic hotels. This is one of the best. Great beds. Large rooms. Responsive hosts. Delicious breakfast. Opelika is the cutest town, historic railroad. Our stay was cut short. We will be returning.
