When someone stays there towels & wash cloths should be changed & provided daily!
My bed was only made because I had to ask. What type of service is this when you know I am here for a week? I leave by 9:30 am to return by 6:00 pm to dirty towels & an unmade bed…..Then when go ask for towels you don’t have any, unacceptable!

I had never left a negative review before as I always try to think of something positive .this is not a hotel. Not even a motel. Gross in every shape and form. I just wanted to cry and couldn't wait to go home. Mold in the room and bathroom, price per night more expensive than if you were at the 4star all exclusive resort. No hot water to shower, toilet probably never cleaned. They cannot print a receipt as printer is not working and do not know how to email a PDF. Ridiculous and disgusting. Do not stay here. I would rather spend a night in my car than here ever again.

Water did not work in the room and they did not repair it for 36 of our 48 hour stay. Refused any compensation.

The lady who checked us in was overwhelmed and was not very inviting. There was no hot water and we had to shower in cold water.

Traveling so my fur baby could be seen at the Neurology department at Auburn University. Everyone was so kind and courteous! The room was great!

Front desk person was the worst as he was, unfriendly, was short with several guests. Room was unclean as the was someone’s hair stuck to the shower wall (see picture). The air conditioner made terrible noises as it cycled off and on. You can hear other guests yelling and laughing through the room walls. For the price I paid I would have expected cleaner and more professionalism from the staff.
