Awesome and clean place to stay. Staff is friendly. Breakfast and pool are great and guest laundry is also great.

Quite a big room. Reasonable price. Will stay again.

I have contacted Mike the manager at Omaha. about this issue. I am expecting a call back. I left after one night although I was booked for two nights. When I called from the airport I was not warned about the construction. My Uber driver and I drove around for 10 minutes trying to even get to the hotel. But that was just the beginning of extremely poor service. There were five very basic amenities that were not available to me and I will share about them when Mike calls me.

Bar was closed, not that clean as expected, there was smoke smell all over the lobby which was uncomfortable. However, compare to price, was ok. Parking was good, room was very good and clean, swimming pool was ok thought I didn’t use it,

From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and great. The pool was big and awesome so it wasnt crowded with alot of people being in there

We have stayed here a couple other times before, this time was worst. Started at the front desk, i made my reservation for a handicap room cause I'm a leg amputee and upon checking in, the young lady asked if i would switch rooms and give someone my room who actually needs it. Very disrespectful. Got to the room and then found out it was a queen and not a king. We managed cause we didn't want to go back to the desk. Before arrival i asked for extra towels and a extra blanket, did not receive those. The room was just...okay. Stains on floor and curtains, bed was hard and pillows were to soft. Pretty nice size tv though. My wife wanted snacks that night and they have a decent sized shop by the desk that sells drinks and snacks, come to find out all the drinks but water were expired and the snacks they were selling were stale. Only thing that was remotely nice was the breakfast, even then it was very limited.

The rooms are not well insulated. There was a baby crying next door and a couple talking most of the night. I was able to hear a couple men that were having a conversation about photos three rooms down while I was laying in my bed.

The hotel is just dirty, it smells in the elevators and the rooms. There’s grime in the tubs and the elevators smell like urine. The front desk girl was so sweet though! Be nice to her.

The first night the tv didn't work properly. I reported it in the morning when I left and a person at the desk said that she would have maintenance look at it. I came home that night it hadn't been fixed, so they moved me to a different room. For the breakfast the eggs were dried out and the sausages looked and tasted nasty. The fruit looked to be old. Toast and waffles were the only reasonable options. I like to eat a large breakfast when I am traveling, so toast and a waffle don't really make it. I would go down the road to get a proper breakfast. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and friendly. The road to the hotel was under construction and made it really difficult to get there.

Quick 12 hr stay. Did the job but bathroom floor was sticky on my bare feet. Almost like a fast food restaurant. Linens were clean but floors and curtains had stains.

Drive way to building was difficult to maneuver when first got here due to road construction

It was good for one night. I liked that it was in a quiet area. Breakfast ends way too early, though.
