Hilton Garden Inn Omaha-Downtown/Old Market Area

Came to Omaha for a wedding the hotel staff was great they made our stay wonderful! Recommend this hotel anyone looking to have a terrific time in Omaha. It’s also in a great location!

The front desk staff was great! So friendly and happy. The room was nice, the only issue we had was the TV didn't work. But the room itself and the staff were great! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Ideally situated hotel for Old Market. Comfortable room and plenty of toiletries and towels. Water and coffee pods replenished regularly. Very pleasant welcoming staff. Good selection choice and quality fresh food at breakfast buffet. Made good use of swimming pool which had plentiful supply of towels to use.

The hotel was nice and the front desk personnel were very friendly. 22 dollars extra to park in the hotel’s parking garage is crazy! We will not stay again.

Property was great. Bartender Bryan gave us great service and excellent recommendations on things to do. Wonderful stay all around.

Very nice hotel, staff were excellent and the room was in good shape. A pro and a con is how close you are to the market area. Nice to walk around and go shopping, but there are lots of bars in the area too. So there were a lot of cars with loud stereos who wanted to show off how big their engines were late at night. Also, room cleanliness was just ok and room service didn't show up one day. All the doors on the floor were badly configured and slammed constantly, which was not fun at 2am. The front desk staff said they would look into this. It's a nice hotel, but the sleep interruptions mean I will not be returning. Tip: ask for an odd numbered room and you won't be facing the main street and won't get as much street noise.

It’s not a newer property but it is well maintained. We could park our car and walk to everything we wanted to do this weekend.

We stayed here to be close to the concert venue. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel other than sleeping. Price was good for location. Check-in was fine and the front desk was friendly. Used the bathroom in the room before we went to dinner. Noticed immediately that the sink drained slow as there was grime and whisker trimmings in the bottom of the bowl. Didn't think much of it. Then noticed that the floor tiles had become loose, and the floor felt "spongy" in front of the toilet. Okay, not a big deal, but they appear to have an issue. Then went to flush the toilet. Had to remove the tank lid and reattach the chain to the flush lever. Okay, I'm now building maintenance (the lever itself appears to be partially broken as in the resting position, it'll allow the chain to drop under the open flapper). Left for the evening and didn't think much of it. Returned to sleep the night away. The bed was overly firm and very uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep. The pillows were not much better as there seemed to be little-to-no fill in them, and they offered no support. Got up early to take a shower since I couldn't sleep. Once I got out of the shower, I realized that the sink had backed up due to a clog further down the system, so I had to rinse my toothbrush over a cesspool of other guests' smelly gray water. I notified the front desk of the sink and toilet issues at checkout. I have another stay booked there in a couple of months, but I’m strongly considering a different hotel.

Loved having a parking garage. Downtown but feels clean safe and quiet. Very comfortable stay.
