รีวิว Holiday Inn Express Munich - Olching

這個酒店位於效區，有車才方便，入住酒店要交停車費，每天5歐。旁邊就是加油站，還有個麥當勞。我們晚上到達酒店，次日早上出發時加滿了油，從酒店到慕尼黑機場大概40公里，沒想到才40公里油表就少了一小格（大概十分之一），路上沒留意到。還車時才發現，後來租車公司在我的信用卡里扣了25歐，自己去加的話頂多也就5歐。租車的朋友們請留意。

オクトーバーフェストでミュンヘン近郊の安いホテルがなくこちらを予約しました。中央駅から電車とバスで40分位かかります。バス切符は駅で購入できます。ホテルは新しく、ポットもあり広く清潔でした。朝ごはんも最高に良かったです！車の方にお勧めです‼️

地理位置比較偏，上下班高峯期要近一個小時到市中心。附近有一家叫帝苑的中餐廳，推薦中午去吃，很好吃很划算

The rooms were great! Beds are comfy and we all enjoyed the breakfast, lounge, and bar area. The staff was fantastic and helpful. They noticed an issue with our room and we're very accommodating to get us moved to a different room. The only drawback was the location; we knew we were staying far from Munich, but the bus situation was difficult!

******* advertised this as a property close to the train station, however upon arriving we found out that it was about 40 minutes away. The facility was nice, but the difficulty and frustration getting there was infuriating

The room was hot and the air conditioner rattled really loudly. When we brought it to the staff’s attention we were informed that’s how it is. We slept badly because of the heat and loud rattling. Definitely would not stay here again

This is a new property and was very well appointed, clean and a pleasure to stay at.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to where we needed to go within driving distance. It was close to a gas station as well. Our check in and check out where wonderful, fast and efficient. The staff was friendly to helped us with exception of the staff member on the weekends in the evening- we staying Friday through Monday. The staff on Friday and Monday where wonderful. The only problem is that the young women working the counter on Saturday and Sunday night asked why we needed more towels. When my sister went to get more for us, she he women gave her a hard time. I had to turn around, go back down stairs, tell her I required more towels, and the I had reminder her that I did pay for the room as well as the service. I also reminded her that we do not use the same towel everyday and there are 2 females in the room. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Expresses world wide and this is the first time I was asked this! The same women also said that she only have certain foods items on a very big menu when my sister and I were trying to figure out what to eat for dinner- she replied she only had 1 item, however there was a full restaurant with menu and it was advertised as such. I was not happy and reported it to the front desk upon. The lady who listened was kind a and apologized on her colleagues behalf. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful clean hotel. Comfortable beds.

Firstly, the staff at the hotel were brilliant, eg sending us off with a packed breakfast when we had to leave early. The breakfast buffet was also lovely and the room was perfectly fine, exactly what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn. The problem was the location, okay if you’re driving but poor public transport. The S-bahn was great but the bus from the hotel to a station was not. The hotel isn’t exactly in Munich. We booked on a free cancellation rate with *******, which disappeared very quickly without our knowledge, otherwise we’d have cancelled the hotel booking. ******* were worse than useless when we contacted them, and the hotel was not much use in advance (told us to get the bus, but not how infrequent/sporadic they are - a lovely guy on the bus showed us how to find the latest times, which would have been really helpful information for the hotel to share). Overall disappointing and didn’t meet our needs.

Lovely hotel. Good value for money. Bus service to the s-bahn station is limited. But a very nice place to stay. Staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful.
