I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again. It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent.

酒店在一條高速路路口，離火車站也很近，交通很方便，早餐也很豐富。但是酒店裝修設施很老舊了，網絡很差，在房間WI-FI 都用不了，第一天入住，洗手池一開水龍頭下水道就有很重的尿騷味。

전형적인 미국의 느낌이 넘쳐나는 호텔입니다. 객실은 다소 실망스러우나 조식은 매우 좋았읍니다! 직원들은 모두 매우 친절합니다~~

酒店很好，乾淨，

The hotel is located right in the walking distance of the Subway (S line). Staff was very helpful. I usually prefer to stay at BW hotels since i collect points and this particular hotel was different than any other hotel. The quality and variety was superior compare to others. Even the 5 stars hotels don't serve this type of breakfast. I was very impressed.

Sehr gutes preis-leistungs-verhältnis. Geräumiges sauberes ruhiges Zimmer mit viel ablagefläche. Nette hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Perfektes Frühstück und Wellnessbereich, der rund um die Uhr nutzbar ist, 10 Minuten mit Straßenbahn oder U-Bahn bis ins Zentrum.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Autobahnabfahrt in einem Industriegebiet. Die Terasse ist sehr schön und auch innen ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
