I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again. It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent.

酒店在一條高速路路口，離火車站也很近，交通很方便，早餐也很豐富。但是酒店裝修設施很老舊了，網絡很差，在房間WI-FI 都用不了，第一天入住，洗手池一開水龍頭下水道就有很重的尿騷味。

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during my trip to Germany. It’s located within walking distance to the S-Bahn which will take you to Frankfurt in 5 minutes. There are many shops and restaurants close-by as well. The staff at this hotel are great. Housekeeping was friendly too. Breakfast had many good options. Coffee, tea, and many different fruit juices. The store in the lobby carries lots of drinks, alcohol, and snacks. Overall it was a good, quiet stay

Das Best-Western-Hotel in Offenbach kann ich jedem empfehlen! Supernettes Personal, die Zimmer sind picobello sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad hat Dusche und Badewanne. Unser Bett war sogar ein Kingsize-Bett. Also Best-Western-Team Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke für eure Gastfreundlichkeit.

Sehr gutes preis-leistungs-verhältnis. Geräumiges sauberes ruhiges Zimmer mit viel ablagefläche. Nette hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Perfektes Frühstück und Wellnessbereich, der rund um die Uhr nutzbar ist, 10 Minuten mit Straßenbahn oder U-Bahn bis ins Zentrum.
