I am a Hilton Honors member, worked in hospitality, have friends/family in the industry, and I have stayed here 20+ times. I called on Friday to try to change my reservation and the GM, Stan wouldn't approve it. The hotel was completely booked so it's not a numbers thing... I had previously called at the beginning of October and spoken w/him to confirm and he verified that the day was wrong and he changed it. So...Stan's LIE about not being able to change the dates is absolute BS!!! I had a fever and I am under the weather. With COVID on the rise, one would think that he wouldn't hesitate to change the date, infecting other guests and staff could be detriment to the hotel. And for what exactly? Because he could? Not a happy guest!
