Приятный отель! Близко к морю. Разнообразное питание, говядина каждый день, можно кушать в любое время дня, и у бассейна и на пляже, даже если пропустили обед. Приемлимый местный алкоголь. Чистота номера, вполне для страны. Персонал приветливый. Из 30+ отелей Турции запомнился положительно, вернусь когда-нибудь!

В январе в отеле работает сауна, хамам, фитнес. Кондиционер хорошо работал на обогрев. Кормят нормально.

Самый плохой отель за свою цену.ничего нет. персоналу на всё наплевать.

From arrival we met your reception team Melis & Erkan They were so friendly and welcomed us warmly. It was a very long journey from the airport it was so nice that you had the facility for us to get a nice bowl of soup and bread which I've never had in a hotel before.

Great resort for the whole family. Everyone very professional and polite. Special thank you to the kitchen and dining staff who continuously work hard to provide a great variety of food and drink. Rooms are very spacious and the views are amazing no matter which side you are facing. Oba beach is under a 10 minute walk. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean coast. The whole family loved this place. Would really like to go back one day. Markets are held around the corner from the resort on Mondays and Thursdays. You can pick up bargains but shop around before buying. There's many stalls and it does get a bit overwhelming. Just note that most shopkeepers will quote in euros rather than lira.

We went for a romantic trip on valentine's day. 13th until the 18th of February. We couldn't be more disappointed. Maybe because it was "low season" but dear God, this hotel put me off completely. Positive points: Is very clean, the staff is okay but don't speak much English. Negative points: 1. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE. Is always the same food, and if you don't eat it for lunch, yes you guessed it, you will have it for dinner. And if that's not enough believe me you will have it for breakfast the next day. By day 2 we ended up eating out every meal. The food was blant. No seasoning, no flavour. And very "normal" food. I was expecting traditional food. No, you have rice, burgers, meatballs, white fish, pasta, bread. Horrible. 2. NO ENTERTAINMENT AT ALL. Not much more I can say about it. 3. Being valentines day I was expecting they would do something to celebrate it. But no, the only thing was a couple of paper decoration on top of the buffet and that's it. 4. The drinks were nothing special. Stopped serving at 11pm. 5. You have to pay for internet in the room. Even if you have the all inclusive. 6. It's a extremely BORING hotel. There's a small pool, maybe enough for 25 people and that's it. 7. BE CAREFULL of the guy that asks you to take you to a night out. He charges you 10£ per person as saying is for the place entry. THE ENTRY IS FREE, and it's only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The place is boring, it's a karaoke place and all local people stare at you making you extremely uncomfortable. If you can stay somewhere else, please do. This is not worth any money.

The food and entertainment were really great. The staff were great and were super kind and helpful. I had a great time and would highly reccomend.

The overall vibe of this place was brilliant. Had good choice of drinks and food and the place was spotless. Very clean. Rooms were big and spacious and the balcony was lovely. Right in the centre of the town and so much to do. Would really recommend.

We got moved to this hotel after being unhappy and was extremely happy here food was great good staff lovely atmosphere !

The hotel was lovely. Super clean and modern, food and entertainment was great. I really enjoyed Zumba in the pool. The hotel staff were really helpful couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

We spent a week all inclusive at this hotel, paid £600 per person including flights so really wasn’t expecting much from the hotel. However we were pleasantly surprised, really couldn’t fault it for the price we paid. The hotel was very clean, staff constantly going around cleaning tables in restaurant and around the pool, room was also cleaned every day with fresh towels and water was left in room daily. The pool area is lovely and pool clean, there is always sunbeds available, we spent most of our time on the beach, the beach is a short walk away and the beach bar is great, the snack bar at the beach was so handy and again there was constantly staff going around cleaning tables etc. The food was average, what you would expect from all inclusive. The breakfast and lunch was good, dinner was limited for choice but there was always something we liked. We did end up eating out the last few nights as we enjoyed it more, but we definitely could have ate in the hotel. The pool / lobby bar is great, lots of cocktails included with all inclusive and you can pay extra for imported spirits. The spa at the hotel was amazing, would recommend everyone to go!! We went for 2 hour treatment which included sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, 45 minutes massage and facial / face mask then champagne and fruit afterwards, this was only €35. Would recommend this on the first day of your holiday, we went towards the end and wished we had gone sooner. Overall really can’t fault this hotel, would recommend and would return again.

A few of me and my friends (in our 20s) did not know what to expect from this location and holiday. I personally had never experienced an all-inclusive before, or been to turkey. However, the avena hotel itself is in a fantastic location, near lots of shops, bars (with amazing food) and cafes and the beach. Within the hotel, the cleanliness was fantastic: room service every day, staff constantly visible, and they were all lovely!! We booked excursions through the hotel too which assured us that our safety was cared for. On the first night, the entertainment team took us to a club - transfer from the hotel there and back. What I especially appreciated as a young woman was that they stayed with us the whole time. As a group of young women in a foreign country we felt incredibly safe. Apart of this team was Lorena, who would sit with us and greet us every day and have a conversation with us too. She was absolutely incredible !! But all the staff within the hotel were absolutely amazing. We loved this holiday so much. We would definitely come again.
