The ******* site disclosed breakfast included. There was no breakfast. Also, the condition of the hotel is not good. Staff was nice do.

The room was clean and comfortable. My issues were the restaurant and shuttle service. After waiting over an hourfor the shuttle ended up taking a taxi. Front desk wasn't apologetic about the issue. The prices in the restaurant didnt match the menu price and wouldn't honor the menu. price. Also, ask for a room on the back side as lots of hiway noises on front.

Hotel on a busy street so noisy at night. The room was clean and bedding very nice. The outside of the building was dirty and needed Some upkeep.

Check in was terrible… I was in a room with just 1 bed …. Was told have nothing but smoking rooms ….. wasn’t compensated.. but told .. my reservation will be cancelled…. But the manager gave me a different room on the street side … very noisy…. But better…!the ice machine on the 4 fl didn’t work…

Room was clean and maintained. However, Orbitz site said breakfast included. . . . It was not. But most awful was the so called included airport pickup to hotel. After repeated calls to Days Inn, and waiting over 2 and 1/2 hours, still no pickup. We took a taxi, and Days Inn would only reimburse us for $35.

Shuttle never showed after 3 calls. Elevator out & I was on 4th floor. Loud. All in all a terrible place.

I think this was the loudest motel I have ever stayed in. It is near a major highway as well as a train track. We were put in a top floor room on the street side. I doubt that the motel was booked up, and we were put in probably the loudest possible location. I never write bad reviews, but I would not stay here. The trashes were not emptied from the previous guests, the floors were so dirty we did not take off our shoes. We booked it because it had a free shuttle from the airport and had a pool. We did sit by the pool while we waited to go to our final destination in Pompano Beach, and it was quiet, no one else there.

It was not the safest area for a solo female travelling, quite dodgy area. The rooms were definitely not very clean.
