It was a great experience staying in AC Hotel Oakland Downtown. Recommanded!!

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff!

酒店很新，裝修和設施有設計感，服務到位，二樓還有寬敞明亮的公共區域，可以免費喝茶喝咖啡，適合簡單的商務會面。距離bart車站和amtrak火車站，以及中國城都是步行距離，非常方便。唯一需要考慮的是周邊的安全問題，因為地處市中心，窗外就是city hall，流浪漢較多，晚上儘量少出門。

酒店位置在市政府大樓附近 停車一律valet 停到附近的停車樓

不錯的在這地方 很像國內的酒店了

It was very relaxing and I enjoyed the customer service as well as the proficiency of the valet service.

The hotel was great. Clean. Would like more protein on breakfast menu but other than that, I have no complaints.

I chose this hotel because it filtered under the airport shuttle availability option. However, there was not.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. It’s a lively small hotel. My only issue is the valet fees. If you don’t valet your car it is guaranteed to get broken into. I think the fees were about $80 day (with in and out privileges). That’s a lot to add on everyday. Other than that, it’s a great hotel

Very nice experience. We would stay here again when visiting Oakland. Every member of staff went above and beyond. Room was modern, clean. Great shower. Bed was OK. The staff went to pains to tell us about the $50+tax valet fee and the $20 breakfast so there were no surprises. Breakfast offered 4 full set meals or the buffet. Liked the location - only 2 blocks from Broadway.

I loved the room and bath room. The room was clean and bathroom. Just did not like that breakfast wasn’t included.

Had a great time , came for a concert . Only had trouble with valet. Left the car on overnight causing our battery to die , but the manager was nice enough not to charge us for valet parking for our trip.

It was very pleasant and great view of the bay area bridge. I will come back again.
