中國老闆開的酒店，整體還不錯，附帶的早餐也很可以。附屬的餐廳是個中餐廳，味道我覺得挺好。唯一的缺點是周邊的環境就是那種人比較多的商業區，不像萬豪、福朋一樣是很清凈的富人區。雖然説盧旺達治安很好，但第一次來還是不太敢在晚上出門。

酒店大，服務態度熱情，週末有現場音樂，歌手會漢語歌，非常好。

國內三星標準 雙人去住一定要選雙人。在網上價格沒有區別 但是在前台被補了30美元一天

在國外這價格房間還湊合，早餐很棒

They over book. as a single women business traveler, when you arrive, they say no rooms because somebody did not check out. This experience is not unique to me but many went through this. I have requested our corporate business travel company to make sure we are not at all booked in this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff - they are so committed and happy, without wanting tips. (Western hotels and staff can learn from them a great deal, also from the proper daily cleaning here - many super expensive hotels in the US don’t provide any cleaning anymore for example, no matter how long you stay!) Bed and towels super clean. Reception area as well. Had a huge suite. Breakfast buffet is rich, everything is available. It is right in the center, so you can easily walk to some of the museums, the German restaurant, cheap massage place, etc. I liked it here, good and safe base. Yes, it needs a renovation and upgrade - then it would be perfect. But I give 4 stars for all the above reasons that are important for me. Stayed five nights here.

The rooms are simple but very clean and quite comfortable. The Manager switched us immediately when we discovered the A/C was not working. The hotel has numerous safety measures though I never felt unsafe walking anywhere in Rwanda. The Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant has a varied menu, the food is quite good and is nicely presented. The free breakfast buffet is very good. The location is excellent. The free airport shuttle runs 24/7 which is very convenient. I would happily return.

Great hotel, centrally located. Super helpful and friendly staff. Five stars for the service, four stars just for the hotel building in general. Loved the breakfast, which was a mix of local and international foods. Bar was a pleasant place to pass some time in the evening.

This is a very good Hotel in the CBD of Kigali with easy access to different places within the city. It is very clean, the breakfast is excellent with different varieties, and has very humble staff from the concierge, reception, housekeepers, and restaurant, I can not remember all the names but only a few like Fabien (House Keeper), Josiome (Concierge), etc. I visited Rwanda in April 2023 and would recommend staying at this hotel if you visit Kigali.
