房間和服務很一般，加瓶水還要錢，主要接中國團隊哥老年人，不值這個價格

有異域風情的酒店。尤其是在細雨濛濛的清晨，讓人有穿越的感覺。周圍有高爾夫球場，聖潔的佛像，聽聞鳥語花香，讓人流連忘返。交通購物便捷，能細細品味古城。設施，服務，早餐一流。到努沃，最好來住住……

地點很好，出行很方便，周圍都可以步行轉一下。飲食方面一般般，不適合中餐人羣，其他的都好。

當地百年歷史酒店格蘭酒店邊上，但房間的性價比要比格蘭酒店大與新，總體不錯

Emplacement super à Nuwara Eliya. Très bon accueil, très bel chambre avec tous le nécessaire a l’intérieur ! Nous avons tout de même rencontré un problème d’électricité et d’eau chaude. Le buffet est bon mais chère ++ comparativement aux autres hôtels qui nous ont proposé exactement la même chose Bel hôtel mais trop élevé au vu de son ensemble

Tiago was really nice and helped us with everything! From the moment he heard we were on our honeymoon, he never stopped pampering and making sure everything was to our liking! Definitely recommend the hotel. Central location close to the main street of the city and many attractions.

You have to wait a very long time to place an order. The waiters are not trained, and the managers are just looking at the customers without addressing their needs. Neither the waiters nor the managers seem concerned about your order. The place is dirty everywhere—tables are not clean, cutlery is filthy, and service is delayed. They don't compare menu prices with the quality of the food and service. Just a sandwich costs more than LKR 4,500, which is overpriced. While the high price might not matter, they should at least focus on improving the service. Looks staff are not interested work this place. That much negative.

During our recent visit to Nuwara Eliya, we got the opportunity to experience a couple of fabulous dining experiences at the “FRESH & WARM” and the “FOOD COURT” of the ARALIYA GREEN CITY. We enjoyed from breakfast buffet to a la cart lunch to dinner buffet. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Full of flavours and more variations. Since 03 of us are vegetarians out of 05 of our family we thought we would not find vegetarian options to enjoy ourselves, but thanks to the beautiful array of Chef’s special selections we enjoyed many delicious veg options during all the meal periods. The staff at the Fresh & Warm were exceptionally good. Very well trained I believe, since we dined a couple days and in various timing we met different staff, but the warm welcome, courteous, attention to details, and friendliness were almost similar. From Managers to Service Personnel and Chefs who were working at the live cooking stations showed their professionalism. Even though it was our first visit to Araliya Green City we did not feel as we were strangers. Maleesha, Vishwa, Shehan, Vijitha and Vignesh were some of the names we could re call but we enjoyed the company of almost all the staff who were on duty during the week at the Fresh & Warm and the Food Court. A very big “Thank you” to the Management for maintaining such a customer friendly wonderful service environment.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Very spacious space. Has a minimart & food court, indoor heating system. Very good location near Gregory lake . Has a reasonable selection of breakfast spread with local and western cuisine. Very enjoyable and happy stay . Wish we stayed longer

The building's interior was done beautifully and the Christmas decorations were on spot. The room was nice and warm n the bathroom facilities were top notch. The staff team was superb n (Maleesha, vijitha, Vignesh, Vishwa n shehan) made our stay feel welcomed. 9/10 would definitely visit again.

Such a cute hotel with fantastic hospitality; the rose and vanilla tea upon welcoming was delicious! We got upgraded to a 1 bed apartment for free which was a lovely treat! The location is absolutely perfect and these apartments are great for families with kids - kitchenette and washing machine come in super handy! Highly recommend this hotel but wish the food selection was greater.
