รักโรงแรมสุด ๆ ! ลูก ๆ ของเราก็รักมันเช่นกัน! ห้องพักสะอาดมาก สระว่ายน้ำน่าทึ่งมาก แค่ปรับปรุงอาหารเช้าได้ รสชาติอาหารบางอย่างจืดชืดไปหน่อย อย่างไรก็ตาม เราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน!

ห้องพักสะอาดและใหญ่มาก สระว่ายน้ำเล็กแต่ดีพอให้เด็กๆ เล่นและผู้ใหญ่ก็เล่นได้ การผจญภัยและกิจกรรมที่สนุกสนานเพื่อให้ทุกคนมีเวลาสักวันสองวัน ที่จอดรถฟรีด้วย :)

โรงแรมยังใหม่อยู่ ทำเลยุทธศาสตร์ใกล้กับเลโก้แลนด์และมีห้างสรรพสินค้าเชื่อมต่อกับโรงแรมแห่งนี้ แต่คิดว่าน่าจะป้องกันโควิดได้ดีกว่า เนื่องจากทางร้านมีถุงมือให้ลูกค้ารับประทานอาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ แต่แขกจำนวนมากไม่สวมหน้ากากและถุงมือขณะรับประทานอาหารที่ไลน์บุฟเฟ่ต์ ไม่มีใครให้ความอบอุ่นหรือเตือนพวกเขาได้เลย

สถานที่ที่ดี เงียบและเป็นกันเอง ร้านค้ามากมายรอบ ๆ ใช้เวลา 20 นาทีในการเดินทางไปใจกลางเมือง

ห้องพักในโรงแรมมีขนาดใหญ่และกว้างขวาง พนักงานโรงแรมมีความเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี ห้องพักสะอาด ต้องขอสบู่ล้างมือและโฟมอาบน้ำเพราะพนักงานไม่เติมหลังแต่งหน้า อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย สถานที่ค่อนข้างใหม่ ทางเลือกที่จำกัด หากร้านอาหารและร้านค้าโดยรอบ

My stay at Sunway Big Box was a total letdown. The noise from the pool bar event went on until midnight, and when I complained to reception, it felt like they couldn't care less. It's beyond frustrating to think they have no control over the noise, especially when it's keeping paying guests like me awake. What really gets me is how they seem to prioritize the pool bar crowd over us, the ones actually staying in the hotel. It's like they've forgotten who their real customers are. As someone who expected better from a reputed brand like Sunway, this experience was a major disappointment. They need to seriously rethink their policies and step up their customer service game if they want to keep guests coming back.

It was a great and fun experience with my daughter. I chose this hotel because of the ambience, cleanliness, the modern style of room, and the places around the area like Big Box mall, playground, etc. It’s also quite near to Legoland. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Lots of variety and the food is delicious.

great place to stay! comfortable room and very quiet. great place to recharge and rest.

Overall the the stay/room is comfortable, there are still area cleanliness can be improved, web on the beam, slippers for guest looks like used before. But can always request a new pair, small issue. The breakfast not bad.

The hotel is one of the best, very clean and big. Good for family stay. The kid can even run around inside the hotel room. They also offer early check in which is one of the important features that I always looking at.

Overall this hotel is very recommended. Free parking, Access to Shopping Mall, clean & nice breakfast.

Hotel is located in Medini and nearby it is NSK supermarket, along with shopping area and eating places. Hotel room is comfortable. We always book the room inclusive of breakfast it is so worth it.

We chose this hotel for its good location and convenience, but frankly speaking, there are quite some room for improvement. For example, upon check in, after I show them the trip.com booking record, I was still questioned which online platform I made the booking and if I had paid the tourism tax through the platform. Last time when we stayed here, I did not face these trouble, because the staff could actually retrieve all these information from the hotel booking system by himself. Not sure why they couldn’t do the same this time and insist I need to provide the proof myself, others wise I must pay the tourism tax again. In addition, the 2 card keys we received were both faulty. One was not readable on the card reader in the lift, the other one cannot open the room door. We went down to exchange, but the replacement card was still faulty and couldn’t be used in the lift. That’s why I give only 2 stars for the service and amenity.
