โรงแรม 4 ดาวจริงๆ ค่ะ จองโรงแรมนี้เพราะเราหวังจะได้พักผ่อนแบบสบายๆ กับลูกๆ แทน เราใช้เวลา 5 วัน มีปัญหาต่างๆ มากมาย ทุกวัน ๆ ตรงหลังจากมาถึงเราได้รับแจ้งว่าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักสําหรับเด็ก (kids room และ bowling) ปิดให้บริการ ในห้องเราได้พบสารเคมีทําความสะอาดและแมงมุมตัวใหญ่ลงมาจากม่าน อีกทั้งกลิ่นในห้องน่ารําคาญมากๆ วันที่ 3 เค้าวางคู่รักกับน้องหมาไว้ข้างห้องเราแล้วน้องหมาก็เห่าจนเกือบเที่ยงคืนและพอได้บ่นที่รีเซฟชั่นก็บอกเสียใจแต่เราทําอะไรไม่ได้เลย ข้ามโรงแรม wkd ค่อนข้างวุ่นวาย แต่ทางโรงแรมได้ให้พนักงานสมาชิกน้อยเข้าห้องอาหาร เราเลยรอคิวเกือบ 30 นาที เพื่อเริ่มอาหารเช้า และอีก 30 กว่าจะได้แพนเค้ก! ระวังความปลอดภัย 1 ข้อ - บางอย่างตลกเพราะคนถูกบีบในห้องเดียวโดยไม่มีระยะห่างอะไรเลย! อย่างที่เรารําคาญและหงุดหงิดมากกับปัญหาเหล่านี้ทั้งหมดที่เราได้ขอให้ที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อคุยกับผู้จัดการและผมตกใจอย่างมากเมื่อคุณนาย Silvia1 เล่นไปรอบๆ ทั้งวันนอนหน้าผมว่าเธอส่งโทรศัพท์ผมไปให้ที่ manager และเขาจะติดต่อผมในเร็วๆ นี้ - เขาไม่เคยทําเพราะเธอไม่เคยบอกเขาว่าผมต้องการติดต่อเขา! สุดท้ายตลอดจนสุดท้ายผมสามารถพูดกับพนักงานระดับสูงท่านหนึ่งได้และเธอเป็นมิตรมากและเสนอการชดเชยเล็กๆ น้อยๆ สําหรับปัญหาเหล่านี้ เสียดายทั้งการเข้าพักเป็นความผิดหวังครั้งใหญ่หนึ่ง ผมเคยพักโรงแรมหลายโรงแรมมาแต่อันนี้ตกใจสุดๆ ได้คุยกับคู่อีกคนที่มาเที่ยวที่โรงแรมเมื่อไม่นานมานี้แล้วเค้าก็บอกเราว่าตกใจเหมือนกันว่าเปลี่ยนตลอดเวลาอย่างไร เสียดายเพราะเราหวังไว้ว่าจะได้พักแบบครอบครัวที่ดีแต่กลับได้สถานการณ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์อย่างต่อเนื่องแค่ 5 วัน!!!!

ห้องพักสะอาด ตัวที่พักก็น่าพอใจ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่นี่เป็นวิธีเช็คอินเองแต่ค่อนข้างลําบากเพราะไม่ได้รับอีเมล์รายละเอียดจากโรงแรมและวันนั้นผมอยู่คนเดียว พอติดต่อเขาเขาก็ตอบกลับ อยากให้รู้เรื่องปัญหาแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นในบางครั้ง โดยเฉพาะถ้าเดินทางคนเดียวระวังตัวด้วยนะคะ แถมเข้าใจยากว่าโรงแรมอยู่ที่ไหน ถามคนอื่นก็พยายามไปถึง
