SCAMMERS ... Made us pay IN CASH AND DIDINT GIVE US A RECEIPT... All staff say they are NEW.,they can't help when you ask for.. AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING..NO ROOMS CLEANED, BREAKFAST IS BELOW AVERAGE.. DONT TRUST WHAT YOU SEE IN PICTURES AND REVIEWS they are all family or staff doing so and not guests!!!! Believe me,what a shame for your country this "HOTEL " is..unbelievable

The worst HOTEL EVER! August No AC WORKING! They didnt even have a fan!!!Made us pay as soon as we checked in, NO RECEIPT GIVEN, after told us that they had a “small issue with the ac” SCAMMERS no one to be seen In reception when you go to ask for something , no rooms cleaned.. Veronica the “owner” is a Liar! I had all my wedding guests booked in this hotel a YEAR IN ADVANCE, Paid deposit everytime they asked me for, PAID THEM IN FULL and didnt even have enough rooms for all my guests ..Had 18 guests visiting Serbia for the first time for my wedding …SHAME ON YOU what a reputation you gave to your country!!!

An historical edifice located at the heart of Novi Sad. It was a bite difficult to spot the entry of the building but a local helped us and we found it easily. Our room was snall for my standard, however clean & A.C. was working properly. We had a small view over the liberty square. Just be cautious as our room was located at the top floor, the sloped ceiling was high and my kid knocked his head twice! I found it strange that we didnt recieved any complimentary water and the mini bar was a bite expensive. The breakfast area was nice, old style with a partial view over the Holy Name of Mary church, however too basic. The coffee machine was not working. The young man at the lounge are tried to fix it but without success. So, I took a glass of orange juice and sat in the balcony which had a stunning view over the Liverty square. The hotel definitely needs an improvement in terms of its functionality but I rated it 4 cause the staff were very friendly to us and I was pleased.

Avoid at all costs. No air conditioning in the room, breakfast was a joke. We were a group of about 17 and we were all disgusted. The towels were a greyish colour. The rooms were not cleaned and the staff ( what there was ) had no idea on how to run a hotel. What was meant to be a celebration of a dear friends wedding turned into a nightmare.

Horrendous experience which turned a family wedding into a nightmare. We were a large group of approx 20ppl who booked our stay for a family member's wedding. Most of our rooms did not have a working ac in the middle of August with temperatures in the high 30s. They all had an E7 error. Upon arrival, they told the bride that they would fix it by the next day. The next day came and they said they would bring her a portable ac. Needless to say, no ac came. The rooms were visibly dirty and a strong drainage smell was constantly present. The staff were the least helpful people we have ever met. You were clearly bothering them every time you spoke to them. Asking for basic things such as glasses or towels grants you the short response of "we don't have, there is nothing j can do" or "i just arrived, i dont know anything". They also have a tendency to put up a sign of "reception closed" when they are fed up of questions but you can hear them through the door behind the reception. We also noticed that the room keys opened every single room in the hotel. Security was nonexistent. Luckily we were the only people at this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing few days, turned into a stressful nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

This was my worst holiday ever! What a disgusting hotel! They have no clue how to treat guests after they made our holiday horrible! The hotel is filthy , greyish towels , bad smell from the bathrooms, breakfast nothing prepared, if you are lucky you can get a slice of cheese! Cleaning of rooms does not exsist! We spend 5 days in this horrible hotel and the rooms were never cleaned, lift dirty and no staff to be seen. No AC in mid August working! We were like living in a sauna! I would never recommend this hotel to no one! What a scam of hotel ! Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all costs. AC not working in most rooms, unbearable heat, and a constant smell of drainage. Staff were clueless, dismissive, and ignored the fact we couldn’t sleep. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great location, but that’s where the positives end. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not live up to expectations. The air conditioning was inadequate, and when I raised the issue, I was falsely told that the temperature would be adjusted remotely — despite the unit being a basic, local AC system. Breakfast was below average, with eggs that were visibly old and discoloured. The staff appeared untrained and unprofessional, often seen joking around in a way more fitting for a hostel than what this establishment claims to be — a hotel. Speaking of which, this is not a hotel in any meaningful sense of the word. At best, it’s a hostel with private rooms. Most seriously, the hotel charged my card 1,400 EUR in error and failed to refund the amount during my week-long stay — or in the weeks that followed. I was forced to file a police report and a formal complaint with my bank, while the hotel continued to give evasive and misleading responses. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. The location cannot compensate for the poor management and lack of integrity.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, elegant, comfortable. We stayed in the patio/jacuzzi suite and it was totally worth it. Amazing views, friendly staff and the location was perfect for visiting and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
