This place was like something out of a horror movie we were here for 20 mins and had too look for another place to stay there was wet bleach all over the bathroom floor ***** on the toilet and walls multiple toe nails on the carpet the whole place felt like the walls were made of paper! There was a hole under the carpet as you walked in that made me nearly twist my ankle, the whole place was filthy and not at all what was sold to us the pictures aren't what you are paying for at all very much false advertising! Bed didnt even fit the frame. To summarise, if you want to stay at the worst hotel in Nottingham that has *********** outside and in aswell as feeling like youre in the wonky house at the fun fair then this is the place for you!!! The man at reception was extremely rude and patronising and when when we voiced our horror he just said "well I can give you another room but no refund" and smirked cause he obviously knows this place is essentially a scam and just smirked at us when we asked about money back unfortunately I don't think we will get any money back but I will be trying my hardest to do so as what is advertised isn't what they are selling. It isn't a hotel, its more like a dirty scummy run down horror house with peoples ***** and toe nails included free of charge with *********** everywhere. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE anywhere would be better i have no doubt even the taxi driver we had when we left said its know as one of the worst places in nottingham and he wouldn't stay there for free! I have never been so shocked and horrified by somewhere in my 30 years of life the place should be shut down, any positive reviews on this place must be used to sleeping in a rubbish dump avoid this place as all costs! But if you want a crack den go for it. Only got a few pics cause I was so dumbstruck by it all. Will be posting this everywhere I can to help other avoid this place at all costs.

Room was very modern and clean, was a lovely stay and the staff was very friendly, will be booking again in the future

Arrive at 4pm for a girls night out shower not work glass on floor microwave filthy couldn’t connect to free WiFi absolute shambles left hotel 2hrs before leaving time due to cleanliness and payed £105 wanting refund would not recommend this hotel

It's okay compared to the fee. Good one. The location is great, very easy to locate and less than 20mins to the train station

Did have a small issue where i saw how dirty the mattress was underneath the bed, and also a bit of a service issue with the front desk seeming to just not want to be there, but for the price you pay you get what you get! Former student halls so a strange setup but one i enjoyed.

Rooms aren’t what they look like on pictures. Needs refurbishment. No bar/restaurant as advertised on website.

Clean and tidy. Decent room with affordable price.

Clean room & has amenities such as fan, microwave, wash basin, iron etc etc that were not available in few hotels same price in the room. Value for money though.

I got ask to pay a pound, on my card, they said I would get it back never did , my mattress was marked and top of curtains was full of cobwebs, but it was OK

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trivelles Regency, Nottingham for two days, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Yh I had a perfect time everyone was kind a friendly
