The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was uncomfortable. Our room faced the highway side which we found noisy.

The clerks at the front desk at check in were terrific friendly, fun, and fast. Restaurant was very nice had the wings and they were perfect. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

We have stayed here several times before and noticed a decline in a couple of areas. The continental breakfast was poorly managed. Food was sp**** and cold. No hot water. Toaster did not work. We realize they were very busy with kid’s hockey teams but staff were not able to keep up. On the second day we went to Tim Hortons. The hot water and coffee dispenser in the lobby were empty all day. Suppose it was just a busy weekend but a little disappointing especially since the prices have increased.

The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom is a bit small but manageable. however, the room is completely not soundproof, you can literally hear anyone chatting in the hallway or open close the door. It may not be a problem until there was a party in the hotel’s restaurant and slightly drunk guests running around the hallway until 3am in the morning, I am sure the staff had done something but unfortunately they really had very little influence, and I have to come up ask a group of people chatting loudly to take the party somewhere else at 2am, which completely ruined our sleep. The same party people also smoked wee just right by the front entrance and as a small building, i think it everyone smelled that. The staff were friendly but they can’t handle that, so it is really the BW management failing to make sure the guests are not to be disturbed, party loud so late in residence area would certainly getting cop’s attention, but you really can’t do anything at the hotel.
First time staying at BW, probably was the last time.

Front desk staff was very accommodating! There were kids playing hallway hockey outside my room so they moved me and gave me a free upgrade! Great customer service

Great for an overnight stay. Clean, bed was comfortable. water pressure good. Breakfast over on the weekends at 9am so we missed that thinking it was 930am. Friendly staff, easy check in.
