Our shower was dirty and broken but was fixed. Learned after staying there that housekeeping only come a few days a week ( not at all during the weekend) so we had o keep asking for clean towels and wash clothes. Parking is very slim. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Stay was great, only minor issue is that the A/C was too close to the bed near the window, and it blew cold air on the bed. But everything else was fine. Great breakfast.

Property doesnot provide SAFE Locker in the room, forced me to always carry the valuables with me in the car. When enquired, understand it's not available.

Got a booking last minute on travel. Head stayed at other Fairfield hotels and had a good experience, that's what made me pick this one. Quinn at the front desk was absolutely amazing, great service, very knowledgeable. Room was big and comfortable, hot shower, soft bed, everything look clean and in order.
I'll be starting here on future business trips.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn in Narth Charleston was ok. The room itself was pretty clean and comfortable. The bathroom was making in cleanliness. The was very obvious build up of dirt in the corners of the floor and on the countertop. The shower wall had some soap stains that were fairly easy to wipe away. Definitely not a great cleaning job there. I didn’t have any specific issues but another guest had issues with hot water in his room. The lady at the front desk didn’t do anything to help them and when she called her manager, the manager’s response was for her to call the police. He wasn’t being rude or aggressive, but the hotel staff and manager were doing nothing to resolve his issue. Would it really have been so difficult for the manager to get on the phone with this guest and work towards a resolution instead of telling the employee at the front desk to call the police? I’m definitely not looking to stay at this hotel on future trips to the area.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work so the room was extremely hot. The toilet didn’t work so maintenance came had to take the whole toilet out from another unit creating a big mess. The exchange made toilets soaked the carpet so our room smelled like mildew and they wouldn’t give us another room. They said once the manager got on duty Monday which is today they would reach and provide a discount for the inconvenience but it’s 4:00 and still nothing. I will never stay here again regardless of the convenience.
