Impossible to work in the room due to extremely weak Wi-Fi. I could not use Zoom or Teams. Unacceptable!

Very nice hotel and good location. Could do with a bit of small touch ups. The heating wasnt too effective and some lights in the room did not work. Even the phone lines did not work.

I was treated very well by the front desk staff. They called a 4:30AM taxi for me, offered me late night dining, asked if I wanted an early morning breakfast bag, and pointed me in the right direction for a candy store. The hotel is on a great shopping street, a fantastic location.

We really had a great time at the Best Western Savoy in Lulea! The room was perfect, spacious and clean, with everything one would need. The staff was super nice and welcoming, the restaurant delicious, and the complimentary sauna a great perk. Don’t hesitate to stop here when you’re in Lulea!

We stay in the Savoy every time we come to Lulea as we like it so much and will continue to stay here. However, I would have expected some form of house keeping for a 3 night stay but there was no emptying of bins or refilling of coffee. Although the breakfast area has been remodelled, and the breakfast remains very good, other areas are starting to feel a little neglected. Tiles missing in the spa area and the spa area not prepared for opening (previous days towels and various bits of clothing left in changing rooms, sauna not ready for use).

I love the lunch menu that was reasonably priced. I ate there every day Monday through Friday for an exceptional lunch that was different everyday and you had a choice of two entrees plus salad bar and coffee and dessert, Saturday and Sunday had a different option. very popular for locals and patrons of the hotel. Breakfast was included with the room and was so varied in choice.

Nej, nu har jag tröttnat på detta hotell. Det har varit mitt val i Luleå sedan det öppnade men i fortsättning provar jag något annat. Spa ingår i priset men man får ta med öl från baren i vanliga glas och dessa lämnas sedan kvar runt bubbelpoolerna, känns inte ok. Borde vara plastglas. Inga badrockar på rummet, inte kul när man ska gå ner till spaet. Allmänt lite ofräscht och tydligen för lite personal, ont om avplockade bord vid frukosten. Den personal som dock fanns gjorde absolut sitt bästa.
