เราได้เข้าพักที่น่ารักที่นี่! ครอบครัวนี้ให้การต้อนรับดีมากและพูดคุยกับเราอยู่เสมอ ห้องพักใหญ่และสะอาดมากพร้อมวิวที่ยอดเยี่ยมจากหน้าต่าง! อินเทอร์เน็ตดีมาก- ฉันสามารถทำงานออนไลน์ได้ดี ตอนกลางคืนมันเงียบมากและฉันนอนหลับสบายมาก! อยากจะแนะนำ 100%!

เจ้าของให้ฉันนั่งรถไปสถานีรถไฟในวันสุดท้าย ให้ยืมจักรยาน ช่วยจัดทัวร์ถ้ำมัว และยังให้ "น้ำแห่งความสุข" ฟรี (ไวน์ข้าวติดบ้าน!) ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวกสบาย ทำเลใจกลางเมือง พนักงานเป็นกันเองและอบอุ่น ฉันจะกลับมา

ห้องสวยและใหญ่มาก เตียงคู่ 1 เตียงและเตียงเล็ก 1 เตียงเป็นพื้นที่นั่งเล่นขนาดเล็กพร้อมม้านั่ง 2 ตัวและโต๊ะ ตู้เย็น กาต้มน้ำ tv5monde ตู้นิรภัย ตู้เสื้อผ้า... นอนสบาย ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน... มีระเบียงขนาดเล็กสำหรับผู้สูบบุหรี่ เจ้าของดีมาก! เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีจริงๆ

A great little homestay in Ninh Binh town run by a super friendly family. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked well. It's about a 10 minute walk to the station, and perhaps 15 minutes to the downtown. Overall a nice stay - recommended.

We had the best stay here, they let us check in at 4:30am after the bus dropped us off an hour and a half early, the family were so friendly and helpful. The bed was unbelievably comfy, good size too, hot water, can’t ask for anything more!

Nothing special, hotel leke a hotel. A bit faceless, but all that we needed after night train were provided - late check in, bed, shower, some meal for the breakfast. Owner is not so friendly and spoke with a tension,It was not so comfort after short sleeping... But may be it's just his way of living.

The room is new and well decorated to the minor details. We love to overlook the trees outside the rooms and beautiful flowers inside the room. Has both aircon and fan for your choices. The host are so attentive and caring. They drop us at the train station the day we leave. We highly recommended this place that you will feel warmly welcome at home 😀

The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is highly recommended! The owners were extremely nice. I received tips for my daily planning and rented a scooter at a very fair price.

AMAZING!! First home stay in our 8 weeks of travelling as a couple & wow, we will be staying in them a lot more. This place was so so homely, we absolutely loved it. Huge rooms, the sweetest family run hotel, would do us a taxi or provide motorbike at the smallest cost. I couldn’t recommend high enough! 10/10 👍🏼

Definitely a good place for all the backpackers and small group travelers with an affordable price . We booked a deluxe twin room with balcony and the room was really nice. Definitely recommend you to choose this hotel. No lost.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Friendly Home Hotel. A heartwarming family-run business where even the kids speak English. The warm smiles and yummy food, including the extra fruit desserts, made it a delightful experience. Perfect for solo travelers too!

This hotel is nice, cheap and clean

A good place to stay. The owners are English speaking and were very helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished and are absolutely spotless. My only criticism was the lock on my door. It wasn’t working properly and I had difficulties accessing the room on several occasions.
