"**Hotel bad reviews: avoid this pitfall! ** First of all, I would like to remind all travelers that this is a lesson I learned with blood and tears. I hope you will not be deceived, and more importantly, do not choose this hotel to cause safety and health problems. There is no value for money at all. The room rate is nearly 900 yuan, but it does not even meet the standards of a fast hotel. The facilities and service levels are low and not worth the price at all. Here are the serious issues I encountered while staying at this hotel: Before checking in, I specifically searched for old hot spring hotels in Ninghai. Although I had a hunch that the facilities and equipment might be old, thinking that it would be open for many years, I should be able to work hard on service and facility maintenance to ensure a basic experience. So I deliberately chose the most expensive room and made a note when booking that I wanted a room in better condition. However, the actual experience made me disappointed. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this hotel and don't step into this trap. 1. Low service level and unprofessional The hotel front desk staff has a cold attitude and poor professional skills. The check-in procedure was very slow, and there was no introduction of any facilities and services throughout the check-in process. I called to report the problem and didn't get any effective help. I even had to carry my luggage up the mountain by myself. The room only provides two 300ml bottles of water. When I asked for water at night, I was told that "no one will deliver water, you need to wait until the morning" or boil the tap water yourself. This level of service is outrageous. 2. The room is in a state of disrepair Even though I chose the most expensive room, the room facilities were still very outdated and almost all equipment had issues. The lights flickered, the air conditioner was noisy, the ice machine was not cleaned and did not work, and the bathroom facilities were terrible. The shower head sprayed all over the bathroom floor, but there were no anti-slip measures, making it extremely easy to slip. There is a socket next to it without any protection measures, and there is a possibility of leakage at any time. It's unbelievable to stay in a hotel and have to clean it yourself. In particular, the water quality in the room is extremely poor, the pipes are in disrepair, and the water is turbid, posing serious health and safety risks. 3. The room smells musty and poses a serious health risk The room smelled very musty and damp and after one night we developed allergy and coughing symptoms. Such an environment is very harmful to health and simply intolerable. 4. The water quality of public hot springs is poor and the hot spring experience is disappointing The hotel specializes in hot springs, but the quality of the hot spring water in the rooms and public areas is very poor. There are a lot of floating objects in the public hot spring water. It is seriously suspected that it has not been cleaned and disinfected, so I dare not use it at all. Such water quality not only makes it impossible to relax, but also makes people worry about their health. The hotel should have provided direct access to the public hot springs, but it has to make you go around to the front desk to register again before you can use the hot springs. It is extremely inconvenient and has no consideration for customers. 5. Traffic is inconvenient, so we recommend black car drivers. The hotel is in a remote location, there are no other supporting facilities nearby, and there is no taxi. I asked the hotel front desk for help, and they actually recommended a black taxi driver. When the driver arrived at the hotel, he went back on his word and raised the price. After we refused, he even threatened us not to leave Ninghai unless we paid for the gas. It is simply unreasonable for a legal society to encounter such a charlatan, for the hotel to dare to recommend such a driver, and to collude with the driver and ignore the incident after it happened. 9. Poor management and no sincerity* Feedback of these issues to hotel management resulted in a perfunctory response without any real solutions or sincerity. This attitude is extremely disappointing. This hotel is totally not worth staying in. The service is poor, the facilities are broken, the prices are inflated, and the attitude of the management is terrible. I have reported these issues to the local Culture and Tourism Bureau and other relevant departments to see if they can take control of this so-called "***" hotel."
