"I stayed for one night on July 23rd and was woken up on the morning of July 24th by an intense itching sensation in my legs. At first, I didn't think much of it and proceeded with a normal checkout. It wasn't until I left the hotel and was in the car that I discovered large patches of red rashes all over both my legs, and the itching continued to worsen, leading to acute skin allergies! This clearly indicates that the hotel room's hygiene standards were subpar. In the afternoon, I contacted the hotel to report the situation, but the customer service representative's attitude was extremely rude and indifferent, asking me, "What do you need us to cooperate with you on?" It was incredibly frustrating. In a situation where a guest experienced sudden allergies due to hygiene issues, the hotel had no mature or standardized solution, offered no proactive apologies, and was cold and dismissive throughout, pushing all responsibility away. The room's hygiene is concerning, posing a serious health risk and making it very easy for guests to develop skin problems. Furthermore, the after-sales communication experience was terrible; instead of comforting the guest and actively investigating the issue immediately, they responded passively. I honestly do not recommend staying here. Not only did I not have a comfortable experience for the money spent, but I also contracted skin allergies. There are clear hygiene risks in the rooms, and communication was difficult after issues arose. I advise against booking this hotel if you care about hygiene and your health."

"The hotel is two kilometers away from the east entrance of the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui. I stayed with three friends for one night and went to the southern Anhui Sichuan-Tibet line. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the price is very cheap, much cheaper than the homestay on the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui. Breakfast for three people was also presented. The most cost-effective hotel of all my trips."

"The suite I booked was quite spacious, with two bathrooms, which was convenient for staying with children. I drove all morning and arrived at the hotel around 1 PM after lunch, hoping to get some good rest and take a nap before heading out in the cooler evening. However, they told me, "We don't have any available rooms. Check-out is at 2 PM here, so why don't you go out and explore some more?" But my Ctrip reservation clearly showed check-in at 10 AM and check-out at 12 PM. Fine, enduring the exhaustion and the scorching sun, we went out again. We arrived back at the hotel at 3:30 PM, and they said they still needed to inspect the room and we had to wait. We waited for almost another 15 minutes before finally getting the room card and going upstairs. I've never experienced such a late check-in at 3:30 PM in a domestic hotel before. Also, my floor was the same as the restaurant, and after breakfast, smokers would light up while waiting for the elevator. I definitely won't be choosing Atour again."
