While the hotel is blessed with its excellent location and amenities, what differentiate it is the excellent staff with their attentive service, polite disposition and helpful demeanor. Special mention is accorded to the front desk staff especially 小梁 who is very helpful, polite and very cheerful. Thanks for the great hospitality

A really nice hotel with excellent, helpful staff, and a pretty short distance to the main train station, with two metro lines there. Right next to the hotel is a pretty new park, well designed and landscaped. There's also an AI university next door. The human staff are great, rooms is clean and spacious and the robots are useful. Recommended.

Great value for money hotel, close to train station, great view if you book high floor room, that I would suggest. Breakfast is mainly salty a bit above avarage. A bit noise, traffic is intense

Extra spacious room, comfort and service are very good. Advantageous location, easy connection to the airport and trains with main railway station just opposite. The hotel provides gorgeous chinese-style breakfast, but there is no other meal options here for the rest of the day, - in the evening it is rather boring and sad, as the quality of the food in the morning is very good; Unfortunately, all attempts to switch to business and education platforms failed

Enjoyed my stay though short. Receptionist is helpful. All is good except tbe lack of amenities lije restaurants, shopping nearby. Convenient access to high speed rail station.

I had a great stay at Grand Century Hotel in Ningbo. The hotel is well maintained with nice, modern facilities, and the location is very convenient. It’s within walking distance of Ningbo Railway Station, making it easy to access high-speed trains and the metro. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Food delivery was also very convenient—orders were delivered straight to my room via the hotel’s robot delivery system, which was efficient and fun. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service and an excellent location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ningbo.
