Really nice, very quiet during the week. Lovely walks nearby. Good hospitality. Would be great if the courtyards had reclining chairs and tables.

Room is clean and comfortable. The facilities and area around the hotel are beautiful. Dining options for lunch and dinner are limited.

a nice quick trip out of the city..

A beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the water playground. The restaurant and the breakfast were of an excellent standard. Staff very kind and helpful (a very competent member of the staff supported our staying communicating in English). I suggest to check the deals in advance because the hot spring -water and inside playground may require an entrance ticket depending on the deal you book. (Entrance 150rmb/person). Hot spring in the evening are peaceful and pleasant. We could also fish and nearby there are nice restaurants options available and very beautiful walk/bicycle rides. Very green environment. The outside swimming pool is relatively small but pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

We attended a delightful wedding with the ceremony, dinner, and after party till midnight, and we had an amazing time ! The venue was no less than 'perfect' in every way.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. I booked, and paid extra for, a room with a view. The room issued had a view of other rooms. Hotel staff were very unhelpful. Lobby Bar has no food and no beer. Just a tiny cup of machine coffee for 5 euros. The ‘all day’ dining restaurant was only open for breakfast. A friend booked the cheapest and most basic room available and was given a fantastic top floor room with a great view. Would not use this hotel again, there are many to choose from in this area.

很主動，很熱情，早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。 看評價較高偶然選擇了這家酒店，評價好多人説酒店拍照服務不錯，特地來體驗一下本人很人拍照，攝影師很耐心的教我動做，地段也不錯，風景很好空氣清新，酒店環境很好前台小姐姐非常好幫忙免費房間升級。 很滿意的一次居住，下次來旅遊還是會繼續光顧。 每位酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境贊。拍照也很不錯，最主要的是乾淨衞生!這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值!

來了就不想走啦，入住的那是相當滿意，這幾天天氣也很給力，藍藍的天空下坐在小院子裏享受着假期的美好。每次麻煩管家小鄧，他都能及時的幫我們解決問題，時不時的還幫我們接送來回，家人也很滿意。

房間很舒服，一家三口住非常寬裕。東錢湖的風景很美，夕陽下的湖水蕩漾。酒店服務很到位，特別是管家小趙，很早就給我們做了酒店導航，安排了免費的歡迎水果，申請了免費的下午茶。五星推薦，下次還會入住！

此次入住體驗非常滿意，尤其要感謝前台的孫倩倩女士在我及家人入住貴酒店期間給予的熱情周到服務，讓我們全家在君瀾覺得賓至如歸。同時也對其他工作人員的熱情服務表示衷心感謝！期待下一次君瀾再見：） 強烈推薦半山湯墅，房間內自帶的温泉私湯好評，半山湯泉系從長樂里山地下巖石層噴湧而出，含有豐富的礦物質元素，值得一試！

非常讚的酒店，設施設備齊全，風景好，最重要的是貼心，還沒到酒店，前台美女小姐姐孫倩倩就提前對接了，細心幫忙檢查房間，幫忙準備小朋友的物品，温馨提示的短訊也清晰明瞭，事無鉅細，讓行程倍感温暖💗下次來一定還會入住！

房間乾淨衞生，給免費升級了，酒店環境很好，在東錢湖景區邊上，離周邊景點都很近，温泉也很舒服，還有室內小童樂園，不錯的體驗。管家小鄧服務不錯

酒店位置佳，門口步道就能看到東錢湖。天公不作美的情況下，泡温泉也是一個不錯的選擇。管家小趙服務很好，工作人員都很熱情。有機會下次再來。
