If you read the reviews of this hotel, they are mostly either good or bad with very little review in the middle. After going thru my experience in this Ningbo University operated hotel, now I can understand why this happened. This hotel has 2 sections with newer section in front (rooms are more expensive) and older section in the rear (rooms are cheaper). Rooms in older section are walk-up with stairs (no elevator) and room interior is old like 10 to 15 years ago. We booked 2 Luxury Deluxe Room (suppose to be in the new section with elevator) but was given normal Deluxe Room in the old section instead. I complained and requested to change to the same room that we have booked. At first, we were told that the rooms that we have got in the old section were also Luxury Deluxe Room but clearly they were not, by comparing the photos of the room with what we have booked. After showing them the photos of the rooms that we have booked and insist that we should be getting the same room as shown in the photos, we were told that all rooms in the new sections were full for the night and they will try to arrange for room change the next day. Finally we got both our rooms changed the next day to the new sections of the hotel. Much modern design, cleaner toilets, spacious room, etc., with elevator. So guys, if you are booking this hotel and don't mind to pay just a little more, please state and ensure you got your room in the new section of the hotel in front.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

這個價位這個品質完全超預期了，首先地段很好，就在學校旁邊，離地鐵很近，出地鐵步行就過來了，然後設施乾淨很新，房間的話乾濕分離，裝修是古典現代風格，基本上是三星級以上酒店的水準了。

這次入住體驗非常滿意。酒店設施完善，房間佈局合理，用品齊全；衞生做得特別到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，讓人很放心。周邊環境安靜，視野也不錯，出行方便。從辦理入住到退房，工作人員態度熱情耐心，服務細緻貼心，性價比很高，強烈推薦！

酒店就在寧大東門，位置很方便，上學的時候沒機會住，這次終於住上了。前台小姐姐服務很好，很貼心。房間乾淨，床鋪舒適。
