รีวิวโดยรวมดีและคุ้มค่าเงิน เนื่องจากห้องที่จองไว้ก่อนหน้านี้ยังไม่ว่าง พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก เลยขออัพเกรดห้องเป็นห้องสวีทซึ่งสะดวกกับเด็กๆ มากกว่าค่ะ TKS ทางโรงแรมยังมีสวนด้านหลังที่ค่อนข้างใหญ่ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยห้องน้ำชา ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น และสนามเทนนิสขนาดเล็ก หลังอาหารเช้าก็ออกไปเดินเล่นได้สบายมาก

โรงแรมดีมาก แต่เครื่องปรับอากาศของเราเสีย มีคนมาซ่อมให้ แต่ใช้งานได้เพียงไม่กี่ชั่วโมง จากนั้นก็ร้อนขึ้นอีก อย่างไรก็ตาม ห้องพักก็ยอดเยี่ยม ห้องออกกำลังกายก็ยอดเยี่ยม

stars for Pan Pacific Ningbo! The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, the rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and good sound insulation. All staff are polite and thoughtful. The online housekeeper miya responds quickly to requests. It’s a perfect choice for business trips and travel, I will definitely book again on my next trip to Ningbo.

recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service staff were friendly and attentive. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. During my stay, the breakfast menu was the same every day, with very little variety. It would be great if the hotel could consider rotating the menu or adding more options to make the breakfast experience more enjoyable for guests staying multiple days. Thank you for your hospitality — I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

While many hotels in Ningbo have lost their level of hygiene, attention to detail, and customer service since COVID, Pan Pacific has continued to be one of Ningbo’s best hotels. Their Guest Service Manager, Igor, went out of his way to accommodate a unique request of mine, proactively finding a solution to resolve my special need. He was personable and available throughout our stay. The room was large, decor nice, hotel clear, and breakfast good. Will definitely keep returning to the Pan Pacific going forward.
