ห้องพักและห้องน้ำกว้างขวาง เราพักสองคืน แต่คืนแรกทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ เรากลับมาช้าและขอเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมไม่ค่อยดีนัก อยู่ไกลจากน้ำตกมาก เดินประมาณ 15-20 นาที มีร้านอาหารจีนชื่อ KOI ใกล้ๆ โรงแรม ซึ่งฉันขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่ง อาหารอร่อยมากและให้ปริมาณเยอะมาก

Sadly was told that that they able to upgrade me to a bigger room. However upon checking the upgraded room is slightly cheaper than the booked room. Disappointing .

The location is great, and the staff is nice. The room temperature was set to 78F. Why would someone make it that hot? We turned it off, however we couldn't lower the temperature enough before going to bed. Windows don't open at all. It was extremely hot and the air was so dry, I barely slept all night. The water in the pool was ice cold though. We stayed in this hotel specifically because it has a pool in it but were unable to swim at all. Overall, disappointing stay.

We reserved this place because it was managed bh Marriott. Unless there was many cheap places. But the place was dirty. No slippers but the carpet was very dirty. There was trashes and bags of food and snickers around the bed, on the back of wardrobes. It was messy, dirty and the service was so bad. Expensive. Bar didn’t have any draft beer in their beer sinks and bartender didn’t know what he had and was dull. He didn’t wanted any order. I never been to such hostile place paying 120$ per night where other same ranking places were 40$-50$ at most.

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

水牛城這個地方的酒店可能都是這水準了，沒有驚喜，車得停在馬路對面，下着冰雨還得拖着行李過馬路

房間還是可以的，但不是每天打掃房間，浴室乾濕分離不是很好。
