The Brenton is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. My partner and I have spent the 2-3 days before Xmas here for the last 3 years and we will be back next year. The staff is impeccable. Every employee is helpful, friendly and overall just truly dedicated to making your stay wonderful. The rooms are the best rooms I've ever been in. Gorgeous and comfortable and luxurious. I can't wait to be back next year. If anyone I know is planning on going to Newport I will ALWAYS suggest they stay at the Brenton.

My husband and I spent another wonderful weekend at the Brenton. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was spacious. The people who work at the Brenton are professional and very welcoming. Maurice, the mixologist in the Living Room, is amazing with his various concoctions. I would definitely recommend the Brenton to any Newport traveler. It is my 4th time to the Brenton in the past 2 years. It is well worth the money. It is now the only place my husband and I stay when we are visiting Newport!

The Brenton is a great choice for a few night stay in Newport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and we felt comfortable and happy to hang out between seeing friends. Location is great for gettong around. The bar serves great drinks and was great for meeting friends.

By far, my favorite sweet boutique hotel in the country. I travel extensively- for work and pleasure- and my family and I love coming to the Brenton. The staff is friendly but not annoying, helpful and happy. The hotel itself is spotless and the accommodations are top notch. Easy valet parking, reasonably priced room service, free in room diet Coke (reason enough for me to stay!) and great locale.

I've been coming back for more than two years and it's so easy to stay that I can relax as soon as I arrive like a second home. Low-key staff and guests, clean and spacious rooms (larger than most NYC studio apartments) with great beds, a chaise lounge, patio doors that open to face the water/ park, good light and lots of comfortable touches such as complimentary robes, cookies, juice, nespresso, sparkling and still water on tap, and all you can eat ice cream! but the thing that really sets this place apart is the super friendly valet service that will shuttle guests to nearby locations. No need for cabs or uber! After trying a dozen other highly rated Newport hotels and historic B+B's, I will always opt to stay at the Brenton as a first choice.

Brenton Hotel is the best hotel in Newport. The rooms are a great size 350 sq ft . We had 2 Queens Beds very comfortable , TV
Is directly across from beds. Very important to R&R Travelers. The Living Room is casual and comfortable serving great food and drinks.
Not the hotel for kids under 12. Location is the best. Staffs friendly and attentive.
You won’t be disappointed.

Really lovely stay. The staff was great - friendly and helpful. Fantastic location; we walked everywhere we needed to go (after having our car valet parked so we didn't have to worry about it again). VERY comfortable and spacious room. Will definitely go again when we're in Newport.
